Got into an accident and needed the front end of my vehicle replaced. After two test drives where…read morewe felt that it wasn't driving safely, we told the mech that it was still very loose in the steering. We were told that it was tightened as much as possible. However, it was very apparent that something was wrong, the vehicle was veering all over the road. We got a second opinion from a mechanic off post and the diagnostic concluded that the front end was installed wrong. Parts that were touching should not have been; they should be free. Upon calling and attempting to recover part of our funds for the installation being done improperly, we were met with denial of any wrongdoing before the owner would even look out our evidence. Instead he decided to find our vehicle based off of our home address(misuse of personal information) and phone harass us and our new mechanic. My front end was reinstalled by a different mechanic off post and now it drives as it did prior to the accident. It was their recommendation that I attempt to get a refund from New Beginning. They said that the work done was very rushed and not done correctly. Because of the improper installation, the alignment could not have been done. This shop charged me for a diagnostic (was not done), an alignment (was not done), and to install my front end (done improperly). Refused our diagnosis from the new mechanic before even looking at our vehicle. They still have not provided a refund for the shotty, rushed work that they did. I would not recommend this place at all. They will gaslight you into believing they did good work and not care to fix any of their mistakes. Go off post if you don't want to be stolen from and taken advantage of. I've never met such dishonest and rude people in my life.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Vaden Chevrolet Hinesville, and I want to start by saying…read morethat my experience with the **sales department was absolutely amazing--10/10 service.** Unfortunately, my experience with the **service department has been the complete opposite.** When I purchased my vehicle, I noticed that the exterior Chevrolet emblem was loose, so I scheduled a service appointment for early Tuesday morning to have it fixed. When I dropped the vehicle off, I also mentioned that the passenger-side heated seat did not seem to be working properly and asked if they could check that as well. The gentleman helping me at the second desk from the main entrance told me that would not be a problem, but they would need to keep my vehicle for 72 hours. Since I dropped it off Tuesday morning, I understood that to mean I should have my vehicle back by Friday morning or Friday afternoon at the latest. On Thursday, I called to check on the status and make sure everything was still on schedule. I was told that **they had not even started working on my vehicle and it had not yet been brought into the service bay.** I called again Friday and was told that my vehicle had finally been brought into the bay that morning. The woman I spoke with said the service advisor would call me back to answer my questions. I waited the entire day and never received a call. Saturday came and went with no update. I called again Tuesday morning--**a full week after dropping off my vehicle on its appointment time slot **--and was once again told that a message would be given to the service advisor and that he would call me back. I still have not received that call. My biggest issue is not simply that the repair is taking longer than expected. **It is the complete lack of communication and transparency.** Things happen. Shops get backed up, repairs take longer than expected, and unexpected issues come up. I completely understand that. What I don't understand is telling a customer 72 hours and then allowing an entire week to pass without proactively communicating that the timeline has changed. A simple phone call saying, "Ma'am, I know we originally told you 72 hours, but unfortunately we weren't able to get your vehicle into the bay until Friday. We apologize for the delay, and here is the new estimated completion date," would have made a huge difference. Considering the significant difference between the promised timeframe and the actual timeframe, even offering a rental or another accommodation would have shown consideration for the inconvenience. I have a child who needs to get to daycare, and I have to get to work. Being without my vehicle requires planning. If the service department knew they weren't going to be able to start working on my vehicle until Friday, I would have much rather picked it back up Tuesday and rescheduled for a day when they actually had availability to work on it. Customers should not have to repeatedly call just to receive basic updates, especially after being told multiple times that someone will call them back. I genuinely hope Vaden Chevrolet Hinesville improves the communication and customer service within its service department because my experience purchasing the vehicle was wonderful. Unfortunately, what should have been a relatively simple service visit has turned into an unnecessary headache. If you're bringing your vehicle here for service, I would recommend being very clear about the expected completion date and staying on top of the status of your vehicle, because my experience has unfortunately been extremely inconsistent.

They wait forever to send the payoff to your trade in so after a month it'll still show on your credit report. They do not even file the registration when you buy. We go to the clerk and they say NOTHING HAS BEEN FILED. Mind you they sold us a truck that had just been traded in and wasn't in the system yet. The speakers are all messed up. The passenger handle doesn't even work. They ordered wrong parts and delayed it even further we bought the truck May 12th here it is about 45 days later and we still have had nothing fixed and can't even register due to them not filing anything in appropriate timing. Credit file still shows our traded in. Not good. DO BETTER VADEN. Please listen to the bad reviews of this place they take up all your time and money for a bunch of crap. Albert is a great sales man other than that the finance guys a jerk and the mechanics team obviously doesn't know what they are doing. This truck shouldn't have been allowed to be sold with things needed repairs. Better to drive to Savannah to deal with real dealerships. Complete fail.

First there is no Saturday hours so we wasted our time going there based on the web info on hours of operation. Nonetheless I returned Monday around midday. The car was left and I was called later in the day with the repair estimates for replacement of water pump at a cost of $1500. The part would not be available for a week. I was searching info on line and saw the replacement for this part and labor was $500-700 so this shop was trying to get 2-3x the cost. I contacted the dealer to find out about a loaner car if I got the vehicle to Savannah. Paying for the towing was worth it 100%. The Lexus dealer cost was in the $500s and (unlike the representation made by the shop owner that I'd still have to wait for the part if I brought the vehicle to Lexus) the part was there. It was installed the same day and I left with my vehicle. It is one thing to support these small business owner but this exploitation of people in the community is a bit much. Now I will never go back to this shop and my experience was shared with people I've come to know in the area. I guess female with a nice car = ripoff at any cost for some individuals. It's shameful. Oh and oil change is $25 + cost of oil for $75-100. Well I will keep going to Walmart for $39.95.
