The items are clean and in very good condition. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. This store does home pickups in the area. The prices are very good consistently and significantly beating Goodwill. Just because it doesn't have a desired product on one trip, it's likely to have it with return trips.

There are tons of vendors here - in front of Waterside they're easy to see but there are more inside and on the back area by the water so be sure to walk through the building (a few were set up inside in back by the doors) and onto the sidewalk outside where there were easily another 10-15 tents. There is a lot of vintage/flea market clothing but there are also vendors selling their crafts like wood cutting boards, stones and crystals, bags, soaps and candles, etc. We had a good time and everyone was very friendly.

6/1/2024 I had purchased a used Husqvarna push Lawn Mower…read morefor 100.00 dollars, the clerks were adamant that I was getting a good deal for it that they wouldn't negotiate the price, so I purchased it. When I got home to try the mower out grass was spewing from the left side of the, when I focused on the Duck Tape on the left side of the Deck and pulled it back, the entire rear section of the left side had rusted out held together with Duck tape! I tied calling the owner or someone in charge for some sort of resolution and no one seem to want to assist once the purchase was made, so I gave them the mower back and seem like I have to take the loss. I travelled from Williamsburg VA to Virgina Beach VA to this place and I'm disappointed with the service of this business, I will never return and would not recommend!! They informed that I would not have an issue with mower being that they operate off Christian values.....

The tile and flooring selection is usually very good and the lighting options are great. I have purchased everything from kitchen cabinets to electrical outlets. I am not sure who donates such top notch building materials but it is awesome to walk in and buy quality items that can upgrade our rooms at such a reasonable price. The staff is always ready to help you visualize how pieces and parts could be remagined into somehing new. I like the cleanliness and the organization of this Habitat Store. Things are easy to find and it you cannot locate it yourself, someone on the staff will walk you right to the item or provide you with exact locations so you don't have to wonder around when you are looking for a particular item.
