I thought maybe it is a virtual code to redeem so I continued downloading the game fully and waited. It remained showing I had to pay for the expansion. After struggling with this for over 3 hours and sleeping on it I finally called this morning and asked "Chris" if there is something I'm missing or if I'm just not doing this correctly. He stated that he is only "used/pre-owned" game store and that in his "20 years" this happens and there's nothing they can do. I immediately went back to their location to ask for a refund and they didn't even blink an eye. Nor did they give me the correct change, I was so infuriated with my experience I just ended up leaving. Their customer service is completely outrageous in my opinion.
