Overall, I think this place is okay…read more We went here shortly after they opened on a date night. It was a Friday night, and overall pretty dead, which is unusual for most places around here. Our server was very nice and very accommodating. This is a steak and seafood restaurant, but we only tried the seafood. We really liked the salmon, but the Alfredo was just fine. The whitefish was not our favorite and was very expensive for what whitefish normally costs. I do like the amount of sides you get with each dish, so it was a good amount of food for the price, but I don't think I would get either dish again. I would like to come back and try some of the steak though. I like having another nice date night place in downtown Port Huron, and I hope this place does well. I just believe it is a little expensive for the quality of food they are offering and the people of the area.

First time here and was not disappointed!…read more I picked this place based on its Yelp reviews. We were tired of going to the same places over and over for dinner so I picked a few towns over and the highest rated restaurant. Oh man! Here is how things shook out: Lobster salad sliders: 5 out of 5 stars. I would eat these again Portuguese garlic beef sliders: 2 out of 5 stars. I wanted to love these but the taste was slightly reminiscent of liver to me. Hubby LOVED it though so take my review with a grain of salt. Lemongrass mussels: 4/5. Definitely good but not my fav Seared tuna: 5/5. I would eat this all day, every day. I adore seared tuna. This was sliced thicker than I am used to but it was delicious! Grilled octopus salad: 5/5. This is tied with the tuna as my fav. So fresh and perfect for a hot summer evening meal!

Staff claims that the plates are small and great for sharing, but in our experience, the sizes were just the right size (we still shared). We also had the Chicken Thigh Skewers with Lemongrass Curry sauce, which was also very tasty! We will be coming back to try more items off the menu!

We came on a busy Saturday for lunch and only waited about 20 minutes for 4 dishes- Calamari, New England chowder, Fish N Chips, and a Salmon Burger. Are quite a bit. *Nice explanation of how it works for those that hadn't been before. * Had fun hanging with friends and cooking all the meats. I am sure I will spell it wrong, the buloga feed was our favorite. * Good selection of sides, we had quite a few of the fried shrimp and the dumpling options. *The robot that brings the meats out is cute. Practical, I doubt it- but cute. * I have no idea why it's a space theme but ok- we liked it. What could of been better: * Ordered a blue Hawaiian- rum blue curaco and pineapple juice. Watched them make it and they were lost- like no one had ever ordered one. I have no idea what it had in it, including Red Bull. *Korean fried chicken was not a favorite. *tried the rice stick dessert, chewy and weird- not for me. *The ice cream is the little plastic cups from grade school, just needed a wooden spoon. Overall- had a really fun night and enjoyed it. Would go back with friends but probably not a date night for us.

Sitting on the shaded patio is a really lovely location to dine and take in the good weather vibes. Though we have not dined indoors, there appears to be ample seating with a cozy cabin-in-the-woods feel. Many servers were present on Memorial Day. They looked a little frenzied and did not greet guests well upon entering, but once we were seated, our server was friendly and attentive. Our party of four all enjoyed the food. The menu is not large but includes a variety of seafood, beef and poultry options. Vegetarians might not be satisfied here though the cherry salad was excellent. Two in our party had burgers and fries and raved about them. Two of us had fish tacos ($6.50 each on the appetizer menu) and really enjoyed the flavors. The spinach artichoke dip appetizer was amazing. We will definitely be returning. The prices are in line with other nice restaurants in the area. Did I mention the view.... Paradise

Important to say, I haven't been to the UK yet and am not an expert on Fish and chips, however best Fish in Chips I've had in a very very long time. Up there with some of the best I've ever had! Incredibly juicy fish, perfect tempura batter, and an incredible tartar sauce. It's amazing that in a 15 minute car ride, the batter was still incredibly crispy which is hard for a lot of restaurants to do. Fries or "chips" were seasoned well and for not liking coleslaw, best I've ever had and was delicious. I don't normally write reviews, the fact I'm writing one immediately after I've tasted everything speaks volumes. I recommend everyone in the area to stop by, you will not leave unsatisfied guaranteed! Thank you to the staff at Lost Sailor Fish & Gourmet, your pushing out incredible product!

Plus it comes with a side of coleslaw that I ended up adding to the sandwich, which leveled it up even more! But on the flip side, I also got their crabcake appetizer, which is a bit pricey for one crabcake at $14 and it's definitely one of the worst crabcakes I've ever had. I've had crabcakes in the Kroger's freezer section that tasted better. But hey, you can't win them all so I'd still give this place a try cause the lobster roll makes up for it. Service was great!!
