As we approach the first Christmas without our Nana, we remain comforted that during her final months on earth she was lovingly cared for by the team at Good Shepherd. We wish we had found you sooner as you were the answer to our prayers. Jeremy brings such a Christ like approach to Good Shepherd's clients, the Good Shepherd team and the client's family. We feel blessed to have experienced the love, compassion and care Nana received by the Good Shepherd team as they go above and beyond to ensure the safety and comfort of their clients. One of the Best home care businesses in Arkansas. The question of care that comes from the care giver is based on their experience but the Company will always give their best care to you. The office personnel IS TOP NOTCH always giving you the information that you need and BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TODAYS MARKET. The type of care will always be what you are looking for where it is a few hrs or several hrs, one time situation or a regular schedule Good Shepard will do their very best to assist you in the type of care you need. read more

I have used their services twice for long distance transportation of my elderly mother. The driver was amazing. He was courteous to her and the staff. I would highly recommend them and I will use them in the future if needed. read more

Be careful! It seems all they do is lie to people! Then you get the owner and she lies just the same. If a company has no integrity why are you letting them into your homes? Be very careful using good Shepherd. They are not what you think. It's very poorly ran. They are very fake. They seem sweet to your face, but they will stab you in the back. Be very careful. read more
