I was meeting my son for his appointment, and told them he was on the way and we would check in once he arrived. He was coming from school, and around the time of dismissal it began to pour. He is a brand new driver, so it took him much longer than anticipated. I was watching his tracking and kept the receptionist updated. At 13 minutes late he pulled into the lot. He got out of his car, ran across the lot, and was standing right outside the door (dripping wet) when she announced to me that they would have to reschedule. I told her he is right outside the door, and we were fine with making his session 15 minutes shorter. There was no intention to make the next appointment late. I also understand the policy, but 30 seconds "too late" after he had ran from his car. I reported this and never got a response. I cancelled the rest of his sessions, and we have found a wonderful new place. I also know their policy is not that inflexible. I am rarely late to anything, but one time I hit some crazy traffic on my way to the Springdale clinic and I was over 15 mins late. The therapist still took me and we cut our session short. I just don't tolerate rudeness or lack of compassion, and therefore we will not be returning.

I finally agreed, ended up being a "homemade" brace (a joke), & to put an ice cube on area. The piece of junk brace cost $330, which I commented on, & receptionist kept saying, "you have insurance & only pay copay"! Which my final total bill was $510... I don't care if I have only copay, or not. I am still paying for insurance coverage (not free)...I wish I would have refused the brace at checkout (wasn't told how much while he was cutting pieces of foam & velcro) Honestly, I it looks like something I would make at home. I am so tired of medical ripoffs because that is why our insurance is so high. Not a fan of this place!

Due to his injury, he was unable to participate on the golf team. Athlete Plus was wonderful and helped Bryce not only heal quickly from injury, but they helped him without putting him in pain. He was given exercises to do (when the time was right) to help strengthen his muscles in his back, and hopefully keep his back in tip top shape for a long time! The location has multiple private rooms for electrical stimulation/recovery as well as a main area with plenty of room and tables to never feel cramped. While I hope that I don't find myself needing some more physical therapy(aging is always fun), if I ever find it necessary I will be happy to return to Advanced Physical Therapy.
