I was not just turned dark but greenish because of mold. I attempted to clean it myself with domestic size power washer, but I was not satisfied with the result. The mold came back with in a month. One day, I was searching on internet about professional power washing service provider and Mr. sunshine outdoor cleaning popped up. After reading reviews about their affordable and great service, I decided to call and make an appointment. Lady on the phone set me up for an appoint on the same day in evening to get an estimate. Mr. Martinez was sent to give me an estimate and he arrived at the time of appoint. He is super nice guy. He gave me an estimate and it was definitely affordable. I immediately set another appointment on coming Saturday to get my driveway, walkway and sidewalk cleaned. Next Saturday, Mr. Martinez came with one other person to assist him, and they were right on time. Mr. Martinez explained me the process of cleaning and how long it would be taking to complete the job. They used degreaser to clean and then bleached my driveway, walkway, and sidewalk. They completed were sooner than expected time. Once the job was done and Mr. Martinez called me to come out and inspect. I was surprised and could not believe that it is the same driveway, walkway, and sidewalk. It was all cleaned, and clear of mold like it was never dirty before. It was the first time even since I moved into this house that I say the real color of my driveway, walkway, and sidewalk. I absolutely loved the service that was provided, and it was definitely job well done! Mr. Martinez assured me that bleach would prevent mold from coming back up to 6 months. I must say that even after a year it was not close to as greenish as it was before cleaning. I loved the service so much that I recommended all my friends and relatives to hire Mr. sunshine outdoor cleaning. I have hired Mr. sunshine outdoor cleaning twice up until now and specifically asked for Mr. Martinez. Second time My experience was as good as it was the first time. I got it cleaned in May this year and it is still clean and free of mold. I will continue to hire Mr. Sunshine outdoor cleaning and would keeping recommend all my friends and relatives. And he called the morning of when he was in route. He was very friendly but professional. And our house looks as good as the day we had the siding installed! He did a phenomenal job.
