We originally needed someone to pressure wash our driveway, sidewalks, patio and chimney. What we received after entering into agreement with Santiago was much more. We We decided to get all of exterior windows cleaned and he made us an awesome package deal. His attention to detail was second to none. All of our concrete and brick areas are restored to a pristine condition. Our exterior windows are streak free, our window sills are dirt free, and the brick underneath the majority of our windows is mold free. We asked him for a couple of additional areas to address and he did it with a smile. He even pressure washed the stones that surrounded our landscaping. His bid was written out thoroughly and very legible and understandable. The pictures I took really don't illuminate the awesome work he did. His fees were super reasonable, and I felt they were fair for the amount of time, effort, and work he put in to the job. If you need this kind of work I would highly recommend this young man's business, you will not be disappointed.

I loved working with Bizzy B. Professional Cleaning Services. Brea had a lot of helpful hints to help me stay better organized and gave me problem solving techniques to try. My baseboards are white again!! The smell of clean lingers, but in a good way. You know that she scrubbed. My floors look brand new. My counters and surfaces are all clean and sparkling. I can't say enough. I am so grateful to her and its actually better than I was expecting. I've never seen these floors shine and all appliances are spotless. The time flew by because Brea put me at ease from the start. Her background is formerly from teaching. She became an entrepreneur. Its obvious that she made the right decision because she's very good at what she does. I will continue using Bizzy B. Professional Cleaning. I made a solid choice with Bizzy B. and Brea is extremely professional. She has a magical cleaning concoction and it gets the dirt off. My house shines and I am 100% satisfied. Please support small businesses by trying Bizzy B. Professional Cleaning Services. To top it off, Brea has a very likable personality and excellent work ethic. She doesn't stop until the job is done.

I cannot say enough good things about Brea. From the moment I requested a quote, to the moment she…read morerevealed my freshly cleaned house to me, she communicated every step of the way. I never felt like I was left hanging by her. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions) in a very timely manner. When she arrived, I explained my situation to her. I deal with a lot of depression, ADHD, and anxiety. This makes things like keeping a tidy home completely overwhelming. So, instead of taking care of the problem, I let it get worse. The worse it got, the more depressed I became. I explained all of this to her, and she listened like a friend instead of someone I had hired to clean my apartment. She was completely empathetic and non-judgmental. She was also very straightforward yet tactful about what needed to get done. At one point, I thought I had to reschedule because I had an appointment and I didn't know what to do about my dog. Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love. I had asked Brea to add floor polishing and sofa cleaning to my package which I already felt was well priced for everything she was planning to do. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I plan to hire her to help me maintain the level of clean she achieved. I figure that the cost of the cleaning will be worth the peace of mind it gives me. If you were on the fence about spending the money on a deep clean, I wouldn't hesitate. It was absolutely life-changing.

He finally responded after a follow-up call. He promised a quote by the end of the next day but never provided one. He then made an appointment and upon arriving banged on a window rather than knocking, or ringing the doorbell. I answered the door and said, laughingly, "Jose, you're so used to windows you forgot to use the door!" Unfortunately, Jose took what I intended to be a joke as offensive. He became defensive ("I called your phone two minutes ago and no one answered!"). My phone showed nothing incoming from Jose or anyone else. Maybe he just mis-dialed. Anyway, I sorry for the misunderstanding and I hope your experience with him is better. He used to be good.

I was not just turned dark but greenish because of mold. I attempted to clean it myself with domestic size power washer, but I was not satisfied with the result. The mold came back with in a month. One day, I was searching on internet about professional power washing service provider and Mr. sunshine outdoor cleaning popped up. After reading reviews about their affordable and great service, I decided to call and make an appointment. Lady on the phone set me up for an appoint on the same day in evening to get an estimate. Mr. Martinez was sent to give me an estimate and he arrived at the time of appoint. He is super nice guy. He gave me an estimate and it was definitely affordable. I immediately set another appointment on coming Saturday to get my driveway, walkway and sidewalk cleaned. Next Saturday, Mr. Martinez came with one other person to assist him, and they were right on time. Mr. Martinez explained me the process of cleaning and how long it would be taking to complete the job. They used degreaser to clean and then bleached my driveway, walkway, and sidewalk. They completed were sooner than expected time. Once the job was done and Mr. Martinez called me to come out and inspect. I was surprised and could not believe that it is the same driveway, walkway, and sidewalk. It was all cleaned, and clear of mold like it was never dirty before. It was the first time even since I moved into this house that I say the real color of my driveway, walkway, and sidewalk. I absolutely loved the service that was provided, and it was definitely job well done! Mr. Martinez assured me that bleach would prevent mold from coming back up to 6 months. I must say that even after a year it was not close to as greenish as it was before cleaning. I loved the service so much that I recommended all my friends and relatives to hire Mr. sunshine outdoor cleaning. I have hired Mr. sunshine outdoor cleaning twice up until now and specifically asked for Mr. Martinez. Second time My experience was as good as it was the first time. I got it cleaned in May this year and it is still clean and free of mold. I will continue to hire Mr. Sunshine outdoor cleaning and would keeping recommend all my friends and relatives.
