No phone listed for the corporate offices either. The little clinic website is apparently only on facebook, which is totally inconvenient for such a business. I finally got through to an actual person who tried to verify my appointment that I earlier made online but wanted to confirm that an FNP would be available on a Sunday. She was very patient and helpful but could not find the appointment I had made. She finally found the appointment, stating the difficulty was due to the lack of a middle name or initial. But there was no place on the online appointment process to give a middle name or initial.

The workers quickly signed us in, and the triage nurses promptly documented the details of my husband's health issues on each visit. As we waited in the ER, he was taken for tests and had blood drawn by workers who were part of an organized team. The nurses and doctors were attentive and knowledgeable. Even the workers who cleaned the rooms were cheerful and efficient. During one trip, William Clark took the time to share more information about my husband's health issues than my husband's past cardiologists ever did. On another visit, Dr. Valdez, Lupe (the Health Coordinator), and the two virtual nurses went ABOVE and BEYOND in an attempt to connect my husband with better health care once we left YRMC -East. Their enthusiasm and need to provide the best care for my husband was heartwarming which relieved so much of our stress and gave us hope! I was squeezed in right away as it's urgent due to my severe pain caused by my covid long haul condition. This doctor told me "never to do a walk-in" in his facility ever, that he won't see me and he was visibly shaking so clearly he was taking out his frustration he has on his on the primaries scheduling team on me and my case, which is unfair to me and my medical condition and insurance! I highly recommend that you never attempt to utilize this location ever, there are plenty of other care providers within the Quad Cities.

Zachary even replied to my Google review stating they'd leave a detailed message, but that did not happen. For the record, the office has three of my voicemails with my phone number, and Zachary is welcome to contact me directly. All I have asked for is something in writing that explains why I was told I was in-network when I was not, and what exactly the $200 charge for a 20-minute consult covers.
