Hawthorne, a technician called. I told him my problem and he said he would be out within an hour. In less than an hour he was at my house accessing the problem. We chose one and he said he could replace it then!! What a surprise to me. Within 3 1/2 hours we had a new motor with an excellent warranty. To me this was service.
