We had a large concrete deck that had sank approximately 6 in. Olshan came out took a look and gave us a quote said be no problem to lift it with poly foam. Technician came out was unable to move the slab more than about 2 in Olshan offered to fix a small spot in our driveway that had sunk about 1 in to compensate, technician came back out and was unable to move the slab on the driveway so two jobs with almost no effect. Just to be clear Olshan is just a storefront and contracts the work out. They have very slick advertising and in my opinion are in it for the money. I was told the local manager was going to call me and then he was supposed to come out and look at the work but I haven't seen or heard from him yet . Hopefully the foam will keep our concrete from sinking further but did not get the desired results after paying about 5K read more

The people from this company are very friendly. Mr. Kenny that came out to do the estimate was super nice and answered all our questions, even ones we had not thought of. The crew that came out were all very nice and asked if we wanted to watch the process. They even helped with showing us some flower bulbs we had forgotten about. I wish I had before and after pictures. The gaps around our windows are closed up now thanks to them. Now I don't have to worry about the house splitting in two. Thank you guys so much!! read more

These Olshan companies are a scam. They claim they have no central corporate office and are individually incorporated in each state. This supposedly protects them if they want to file bankruptcy as they did in KY, OH, and IN and will not honor the lifetime warranty. Try to sell your house when that happens! I spent $20k and now no one will provide a corporate number to take ownership. Try to call their phone number on their facebook page or the 800 number on the website and no one will answer. Beware of these "independent incorporated" Olshans. My warranty is only worth the paper it's written on because there is no one that will own it. This company is a TOTAL scam and they will not back-up their lifetime warranties for foundation repair. I bought a house with a "Lifetime Warranty" and they sent out a technician who gave me a quote of over $25,000 to repair a foundation on a $40,000 home that had been fixed about 15 years ago. I was sold this property thinking that my foundation would be fixed. I soon found out that Olshan had been in contact with previous owner from 2010, which would put the foundation cracking again in about 8 yrs after original work (2002). If you try to use the 'lifetime warranty" they sell with their service, they will stall and push you to the backburner. We are in the middle of a renovation and had to wait 3 weeks just to get someone to come look at the property. Now they are telling us it will be 2 more months before they can do the "warranty work". They have made no effort to return calls or act in any way like they care about servicing their "lifetime warranty"! read more

In 2001 my Dad had Olshan Foundation Repair out because his doors were sticking - After numerous visits due to serious issues over the past years & thousands of dollars paid both to Olshan & Plumbing Companies (because the pipes under his house broke) Olshan worked on it again & the pipes broke again but they say they are not responsible & refuse to do anything else until he gets the pipes fixed once again. More money for what? So they can break again when Olshan works on his house. My Dad, being an Air Force Veteran has kept very good records over the years of the visits & the money spent. Olshan's work has caused nothing but grief for my now 85 year old Dad & my Mom who passed away still trying to get something done. Their house is falling apart, the sheet rock in the garage ceiling is now on the garage floor, the bathroom tile has fallen out, his wood floors have been totally destroyed, the brick fireplace has disconnected from the wall, he has a window they promised they would replace but the brick has smashed the window to where there is no way to get it out to replace. He has tape all over it to keep the air out. The cracks in the walls are big enough to put your hand through & the list goes on & on. Every time it rains, he has to go outside & continuously sweep the water off the porch to keep it from coming in his house. Can you imagine having to do this every time it rains? Our family is so disgusted with this company & the lack of concern they have shown. We just want what is right so our 85 year old Dad can have some peace of mind. The house is not fit to live in but he doesn't want to leave his home & he shouldn't have to. I met with a couple of Olshan reps & was so upset I suggested they buy his house & they deal with the nightmare they created & they laughed in my face.
