One of our springs popped first thing this morning (of course). After my wife and I handled the fun task of lifting our garage manually, I called around to get quotes, timeframes, and spent a lot of time reading reviews. A woman in my neighborhood vouched for them on our HOA page and so I followed her recommendation. Glad I did - the technician (Gunnar) just left and did a fantastic job. Talked to the owner first hand who explained everything to me and said they'd try to work me in faster if they could. It just worked out that they were leaving another close by address and so I didn't have to wait long. Explained what I needed to do to maintain my door also and was very polite and professional. It opens like butter now. By the way, thanks for the military discount guys! Very kind of you. The price was very competitive even before that. I won't be calling around the next time this happens, just going to go straight to the pros. read more

One of the technicians came out to repair the bottom portion of our garage along with other things. We noticed that there was a screw at the bottom in the guard that keeps the critters and light out. My mom called him to inform the owner of the issue and he had a very nasty attitude and disposition about himself. While my mom was talking to him trying to get him to understand what was wrong, he cut her off in the middle of the conversation and said that he didn't want to be on the phone anymore and hung up in her face. Keep in mind that this is a 76 year old lady. If they're supposed to be a 24 hour business then why the attitude? I wouldn't send my dog here. The ONLY reason why this review has a star is because there wasn't an option to withhold one. I hope he treats his other customers better than he did us and actually learn to respect his elders and people in general. read more

My garage door opener needed to be replaced. Tech was excellent and fast. My issue is customer service on a follow-up issue. The opener light triggers every time someone crosses the beam. I asked if there was a solution, and both the call center person and the tech told me there was nothing that could be done. I searched on google and found a video on how to fix the issue with a different control panel in minutes. I called to ask about the panel, rather than tell me they would look into it or investigate. They doubled down. "That'd be news to me" was exact quote from tech. Then he asked me for the part number. That's not how customer service works. They are the "professionals" I'm the customer. I don't do their job. I'd go elsewhere if possible. Great install, awful service. read more
