I have used a lot of a/c service people during the 55 years my wife and I have lived in this house…read more I was fortunate when by chance I contacted Deluxe A/C and Heat for some maintenance on the central air and heat system. This was in 2010; I have used no one else since. They have been polite over the phone and very efficient. The lady on the phone always knew where her technicians were and would coordinate their work to blend my needs into their busy day. They came almost immediately, depending on my needs and their workload. If my unit was still somewhat working, I understood that there were people needing immediate attention having no cooling or heat -- then they should have a higher priority to service than I. Recently in a hot July, 2025, our central system finally quit; we became those needing their immediate attention and we got it. They gave me an acceptable estimate on a new Rheem unit with the same capability as had been working so well. They arrived at 7:30 a.m. and left near 5:00 p.m. with the complete new cooling and gas-heating system operating properly. It has been operating a week and everything is still working fine. If problems develop, I am sure they will give me the same fine service I have been receiving...though under warranty -- as appropriate. I have always been impressed with the technicians' manner and professionalism and their keeping me informed. (I am a retired NASA engineer and I ask questions -- I understand their answers.) I feel fortunate that more than 15 years ago, I started using Deluxe services. The new unit was installed during this one day and for no more cost than their original estimate. I cannot recommend Deluxe A/C and Heat's services higher.

The guys that work for this company have all been incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. The installation and service repairs I have received over the years were the best you could possibly expect. I was a service tech at one time and I performed service calls so I feel I know how service should be conducted. Their attention to detail and quality is something you will rarely find these days. After an installation, the owner has always come by to inspect the job before they leave and I have seen him ask his techs to do additional touchups he felt were necessary. The job is done right and they lay down canvas cloths everywhere across the floor to protect your home. I can only speak for my experience but I feel these guys are the best you will find in this area. Their service after the sale has been incredible and reliable as well.

When I moved here, I left AT&T and merged my phone into my fiancés, C-Spire plan. No contract. 1. The bills were always outrageously higher than told. 2. You can't call any of their stores. All customer service calls are routed to a central customer service center and they can't even connect you to a store. So if you dealt with someone in the store, who promised to do something for you, you best get their direct cellphone number before you exit the store to follow up bc they don't EVER get back to you. That happened to me several times. 3. When I initially bought a new cellphone from them last December, I specifically asked to "pay off" the phone in CASH. I later discovered that they financed it to "lock me in". I showed them! I sold the phones and took the $ to pay them off! 4. We were lied to and told none of our phones were under contract. When I dropped the first phone line they charged us an early termination fee of $180.00. They said that they couldn't confirm whether or not he had a contract still bc the tornado took all their files... Regardless, I was still stuck with the fee. WHAT REALLY KILLED THE RELATIONSHIP WITH C-SPIRE: 5. I requested how to change our consumer account to a business account. Was given the wrong information about what I was required to submit. Every time I submitted paperwork to corporate, it was rejected. They ran me around for two weeks when I finally called AT&T and started my business account there. AT&T appreciates my business and didn't make me jump through a million hoops to open the account. I would understand if I was asking for a bunch of equipment/phones, etc but I wasn't. All I wanted was to change the account to business so I could get a good easily identifiable phone number to put on my truck and use on my website. I sold both phones on eBay and went to pay them the final bill off today 6/13/17 at the location where the satellite store is set up off HWY 42. They have taken my debit card before, but since I was trying to close the account, they didn't accept my payment. They'd only accept CASH! Well the one time I paid in cash (March or April) they didn't record it and tried to double bill me with a late fee. Of course, I didn't have a receipt bc their "system was down" the day I paid. They know me very well and know that I always pay in person every month. So they checked their reconciliation for the day I said that I paid, and they were almost exactly over for the amount of my payment, which means whomever took my payment didn't post it to my account, but put the cash in their register. ‍ So why would I ever trust payment in cash again? I'm headed to another location to finalize closing this account and unlocking the final iPhone that I sold. I hope this helps at least one person make an educated decision whether or not to become a C-Spire customer. Account with C-Spire officially CLOSED and phones are unlocked! Yeaaaaa! 6:00 pm today 6/13/17! Thanks!
