If you come during the day or a nonevent time, it's easier to come in and out. When I bring my friends here, I always tell them to stop by Native Son for a drink. I don't like drinking from the other bar area around the corner. I order the usual CITRA IPA and like to people watch from the seats nearby. The beertenders are generally sweet, but can be indifferent when it gets busy. As long as I get my usual drink, it doesn't matter to me! The service here is very quick and the general area is small. At night and on weekends, every seat is taken. You'd have to walk around the food hall to find a different seat instead. But overall, decent and perfectly quick.

Their beertenders here are very friendly and there's a good variety of different styles of beer on tap. My visit was during one of the more hotter days in the area in August 2026. It seems like they have a good variety on tap at any given time including lighter beers and some of the darker beers as well. I got a few small pours of different styles and enjoyed them all. It looks like they're dog friendly and there's plenty of seating. The merch here looks pretty cool too. definitely a great spot to grab a beer, especially when it's hot outside or just whenever you want.

I absolutely felt racially profiled. The person who complained actually had an altercation with another customer entirely, yet we were the ones targeted and told to "keep it down" without any context. The bartender didn't care to listen to the situation or give a fair warning; she just immediately assumed we were in the wrong. It's incredibly sad to see this type of treatment still happening. I advise everyone to be careful where you choose to spend your money and have a drink. I would feel terrible if I didn't warn others about this incident.

The tajin rim is wack and they use cheap chamoy to coat it.. $1.50 for a sprinkle rim of tajin, just bring your own. The outside tap drinks don't have the same selection as the ones inside. Bartenders are nice but really work for a tip by asking a lot of questions. I get being friendly and relationship building but sometimes it's just awkward and puts you in a weird situation feeling forced to tip on the screen. And if you don't tip after they serve your drink and you say thank you they just walk away no "your welcome" or "enjoy", not that it's needed but hey customer service is nice. We really appreciated how accommodating everyone was and would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a relaxed, fun place to host a large gathering or celebration! We had such a great experience celebrating my dad's retirement at Pro Five Brewery! From my first call, their team (Nick and Rudy) was reassuring, cordial, and incredibly easy to work with. They were one of the few places I found that could comfortably accommodate a large group, they take reservations for parties of up to 36 but will work with you to meet your event needs. They made planning easy by allowing us to pre-order shareable plates and set up drink tickets for our guests. The food was delicious! The shareable menu had somewhat limited vegetarian options, but it wasn't an issue since we were able to order additional vegetarian dishes from the regular menu. They also let you bring in your own small deserts so we brought in mini-Bundt cakes and it was the perfect compliment. Keep in mind, they don't have space for you to place food in their fridges so we did have some melted frosting but nothing we couldn't work around. What really stood out was how attentive and flexible the staff was throughout the evening, forgive me for not remembering everyone's names but our even was on 9/25 :) so you know who you are! We were originally set up at picnic tables, but once they saw that we had a slightly older crowd, they had no problem moving us to a more comfortable table setup. That small gesture was really appreciated. The space itself is great for gatherings. The indoor area is a bit smaller than the outdoor seating area, so the patio gives larger groups plenty of room to spread out. They're also dog-friendly, which is always a nice bonus! We loved playing with Ollie :) The live music was another highlight. "Checkered Daydreams" was fantastic! The band fed off the energy of our group, and our group fed right back into theirs. They adjusted their music and creating the perfect vibe for dancing. It made the celebration that much more fun and memorable. Our party ran from about 5:45 PM to just before 9 PM, which ended up being the perfect amount of time. Even with a large party and live music happening, service was timely and the crew remained attentive throughout the night.
