And it started with Bruce, Jason & staff at North Village Group. I was a small business owner that had been taken advantage of by a web designer to the tune of $4500, so I needed someone trustworthy and good because I wasn't going to settle for just ok. Bruce and Jason came to my office, dressed clean and professional. They showed dignity and respect. A quality that showed through with all they did in their work too. They were timely with ALL their work, always, always available to answer all my questions, even the annoying little ones and, they helped me with the things that sounded foreign when it came to codes and understanding how to use my website. I walked away with a solid relationship with them to this day, knowing how to use my website on the backend with blogs and produce services and, the most beautiful website I've seen. I cannot recommend them more!! They run their business with quality and integrity while still having a relatable & caring atmosphere. Thank you, thank you, thank you Bruce, Jason & staff at North Village Group for all you have done and continue to do in helping my business have a successful and expanding website! It has been one of the best investments I have ever made!

While I was thankful for the growth of my business, I was struggling with organizing my schedule as…read moreI was being flooded with texts and inquires. I was scheduling every client manually and found myself becoming increasingly flustered with the repetition of it all. Clients were asking me the same questions to the point where I found myself copying and pasting auto replies from my phone's Notes. I was manually entering all of my clients info into my Google Calendar, and I had no convenient method of showcasing my pricing and policies for my Permanent Make Up (tattoo) business. Josh listened to my issues and provided aesthetically beautiful solutions for a website that solved all my issues. He understood how important it was for my clients to 'agree' to all policies prior to booking, he was very informative on many different scheduling websites and recommended ones that were specific to my needs and flawlessly incorporated it into my website. Josh was able to create solutions to everything I asked for and more. He even thought of things that I didn't know where possible (eg: live "likes" and "comments" from my Instagram feed to show on my website). Long story short, Josh goes above and beyond in the work he provides and truly does it with passion and love. I am actually in the process of increasing my services to begin online courses, and Josh will be the only person I trust with this. Thank you Meraki.dot, and thank you Josh.
