I must respond after the last comments from Beatrice of Dwell on Details. If your idea of being a…read moreprofessional business owner is to disparage your customers, then I don't see how you will be successful in the long-run. Nobody ever asked you for free cleanings. When you know you did a lousy job, you offered a free cleaning. I don't know anyone successful in business who would offer FREE services, when they've done a great job. After the 2nd incident, I should've let you go. My mistake. The pictures don't lie. But then again, maybe I dirtied the apartment, took pictures and spent 1/2 my day cleaning after a service, simply because I have nothing better to do. Defensiveness is borne out of guilt.

I've been dreading looking for a cleaning service to help with household chores for over 3 years…read morenow. It's scary sourcing for someone you don't know to come into your home and see your house at its worst. After getting solicited for over 22 different cleaning companies, I finally found the ease and comfortability I'd been looking for in Max Pro Shine Cleaning. Andres, the owner, actually reached out to me on yelp after I completed a survey looking for service one Sunday afternoon. I was frustrated with all the dust in the master bedroom and had finally had enough. He was beyond pleasant, knowledgeable, and very personable in our first interaction and that made me feel at ease about telling him what household needs and concerns I had. Not to mention that his pricing was very competitive with others who provided me with quotes, and he offered a great amount of flexibility on what areas of our house needed more attention than others. Already a long post, but I was far beyond impressed with Andres and Maris' work in our home!! They cleaned it to the T- it's easily the cleanest our home has probably ever been!! They confirmed our appt time the night before, let me know ahead of time they were on the way and arrived on time, and they each did wonders to our house in a short amount of time! We will be using them on a monthly basis, and are truly excited to have found trustworthy people to help us keep our home clean. Can't thank them enough, and the pictures of our house speak for themselves. PS- Andres is a music lover like my hubby and I, so it was great getting some work done while they cleaned the house to EDM, reggaeton, and trap music They're worth every penny and will leave you speechless with their amazing work

I had a short time frame that I needed the house cleaned before movers would arrive and I was nervous to just hire a service without personal recommendations since I am new to this area however; ABC Building Care was very easy to communicate with from the free quote through Yelp to the end of the service. The quote was not the cheapest I got, but they were honest about what their fee included and I liked that it was a flat rate. They were professional, brought their own supplies and equipment, and payment was easy. They vacuumed, dusted and mopped the entire house even on top of the cabinets! No credit cards but Zelle is even easier for me. I definitely will be using this service again for regular maintenance.
