Pay attention to the bad reviews! Three women from this company arrived over 1.5 hours late. They…read morewere unfriendly and absolutely rude from the start, but since I was busy working on the computer, I let it go and they got to work. We have a 2BR/3BA condo. The bedrooms have wood floors and the rest of the house has marble floors. Two adults and one cat live here. So yes, the furniture (and we're minimalists, so there isn't much) had a layer of dust and yes there were dust bunnies under the bed and sofas -- as expected. When the appointment was made, they were told we needed a deep cleaning: master bath and master shower, balconies and windows, and of course the floors. Nothing out of the ordinary. Because I trust no one and walk carefully around the dead, I took pictures BEFORE they came to document the condition of the house and boy did that pay off this time! As I am on the phone with clients, I catch part of a conversation in Spanish talking about me and how "filthy dirty" the house is and that she was told that this house was "cleeeeaaaaaan" when the appointment was made (I didn't make the appointment). Anyway, I end my call and start to confront her, but then I think better of it and just continue typing -- and listening -- getting angrier by the minute, but keeping my calm and holding my tongue. (Note: They "cleaned" things with the same filthy rag, too, and the furniture polish smell was nauseating, so you'd better believe I disinfected the kitchen with Clorox when they left. And why they felt the need to rearrange the fridge, which has nothing but bagged salad and variety of bottled water, but didn't spray some Easy-Off on the inside of the oven is beyond me. I guess I should be glad because I wouldn't want that same nasty rag they used in other parts of the house in the oven. As it was, I had to disinfect the microwave. SMH) Anyway, the women get ready to leave but they haven't cleaned the balconies or windows -- one of the main reasons we called them. When I point this out, the ring leader looks at me as if I asked her to jump in acid and proceeds to tell me how this job is not what she was told and that this house is so dirty. Mind you, it's one of the most expensive buildings in the city on an upper floor overlooking the water. We have regular guests. So, dust bunnies and cat hair under furniture and in corners, yes; filth and dirt, no. She starts speaking Spanish saying very insulting things about me under her breath. I tell her I understand every word and that she can leave. She proceeds to tell me that she will do it and pushes past me as if I'm some huge inconvenience, griping all the way with her two minions in tow. By now, it's getting dark as they arrived so late in the day. When I asked her a question, she cut me off and said that I needed to speak to Ramon. Before I could even ask for his number, while I was in the kitchen, she and her two associates walk out of the door and left without word. The idiots left before I could pay them! And we usually tip well, too. I tried to call the owner this afternoon. I even texted that I would like to speak with him. Crickets. On the plus side, the balcony windows are free from the saltwater film, so it wasn't a total loss. We will definitely use a different service next time. Edit: I forgot to mention they're thieves, too. After everything, I should've known better than to leave them unsupervised, but there were three of them and one of me, so I couldn't be in every room at once. Never again.

We unfortunately did not have a good experience with this company. They sent two people over to do…read morea deep clean, and I was hopeful for good results after they arrived on time and got started right away. Everything after that was just terrible. One of the women got sick and had to leave, which I told her was fine, please go take care of yourself - however, (I learned later) that she never told her bosses, so a replacement was not sent and she left the other girl (who appeared to be brand new on the job) to finish the remaining 75% of the house on her own. She did a shockingly terrible job. She said she was finished with the cleaning after about another hour. I started checking everything and immediately noticed they hadn't even touched the second bathroom upstairs, or the downstairs bathroom. The kitchen and appliances were still really dirty. The baseboards - which were advertised as specifically a part of a deep clean - had not been touched, and a whole host of other things were dirty. To their credit, when I sent pictures over, the manager agreed that the cleaning job was not good, especially for a deep clean, and offered to send someone else out the next day. I ended up declining the offer, because I didn't trust that they would do a quality job, and it was not cheap. The kicker at this point though, is that the cleaner left a trail of some substance throughout my front foyer. It's clear that she was carrying something out and it dripped all the way from the kitchen, out of the front door. There is now some substance - maybe wax - that has left shiny marks all over my floors, which were just installed last year. After trying to remove the substance and clean it several ways, we finally figured out that it could be scraped off. It is going to take hours to do, as it is EVERYWHERE. They literally left my house dirtier than it was when they arrived. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

**This is NOT a Vacation Rental Home cleaning service**…read more We were promised detailed service at our vacation rental upon interviewing this company's owner and according to what is promoted on the company website. By our third cleaning (the first two cleanings were a man-woman couple who did awesome) we were told that due to this company sending 3 different people to "get it right" and it still wasn't, even over the course of and after 13-man hours spent -- despite the detailed written instructions, staging photos and pictures and questions texted -- that this company did not have the ability to sustain the attention and service required for a vacation rental. We were blamed that we our expectations for this third cleaning -- which was actually not nearly as demanding as the second where the cleaning couple nailed it -- were too high and beyond the scope and skills of this "professional cleaning" company's cleaner that was assigned to our property on this third occasion (and took 7 hours, without success). A second cleaner was sent the next day to correct/finish what the previous day's cleaner left undone/done sloppily and it still was not corrected. The company owner arrived later in the evening and spent 3 more hours -- even agreed that the other two did not do a satisfactory and even sloppy and illogical job, expressed that the first cleaner would not get paid (isn't that illegal?) and it still was not done logically or well according to well-labeled linens, storage bags, and detailed photos of all linen counts in each room. There is not an excess of linens in this rental: two sets per bed - one on bed, one in bag except where there is a pull-out couch where there are 2 identical sets of linens for each room, 4 sets of bath linens in 2 separate bathrooms, 4 bed pillows per room, and only 2 sizes of "beds" -- not terribly difficult. All of that and there was still quilts put on the wrong bed and the wrong direction, sheets not tucked in anywhere, extra bed linens literally stuffed into the change-over storage bag, a table runner placed on the floor for a rug, less than 4 full sets of bath linens in each bathroom (there are only 2), and several other items out of place or even taken out of our storage locker when it was completely unnecessary. We had to hire another person who spent 4 hours above and beyond the 13-man hours to finish cleaning areas that were still left undone: oven debris, marks on top of the stove and countertop, dirty silverware and cutlery, putting matching shams with the correct quilt set that were left in the laundry room, straightening the patio furniture which was never touched by 3 other people, and rearranging the storage lockers that were left in disarray from 2 employees and the owner just to name a short list. In total we lost out on 3 days of potential bookings because the home was just not reset properly in a timely manner by the first cleaner that took 7 hours. We knew there was laundry to do and were perfectly willing to pay for the extra time to get it done. However, the first cleaner showed up late, then left before it was done to tend to personal affairs, came back and still left things sloppily "done." It would be much better and easier if the vacation rental property owner had direct access to talking to -- either verbally or by video call, rather than all photos and questions going through the company owner as the middle-man and relaying *everything*. When we asked for access to talk to the cleaner, whom we were told spoke English, we were told not to worry as she "knew what she was doing." Clearly that was not correct. I am not sure if she did not understand the clearly written instructions or if she just did not try. The second person sent, we were given access to briefly until the owner called and said the cleaner could not video call to ask questions because she didn't have an iPhone. There are other ways to video call. In the end the company owner said she would video call when on site but then resorted to mostly texting pictures and asking questions and getting impatient when we did not respond immediately by asking: "are you there??" Later she video called and things got done a bit more quickly even though still not completely...which led to us hiring someone else the following day to go through all aspects of the home to verify it was done or to correct.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They want your money upfront and do not stand behind their workmanship…read more They leave us, the consumer, hanging when their employees underperform and damage your personal property. After reaching out to this company, based on their 4.8 stars, they failed to deliver even 1 star worth of cleaning and destroyed my property all in the same breath. On Saturday, March 5, 2022 Lavender Cleaning Service sent out a woman to do a construction clean at my newly renovated condo on Fort Lauderdale Beach. I had spoken back-and-forth with Alex multiple times prior to their cleaning professional arriving at my home. My condo was completely empty and needed to be dusted and scoured from top to bottom. Bathroom walls and floors, all cabinets throughout my condo wiped inside and out, walls wiped down, baseboards dusted, kitchen cleaned and floors swept and mopped. I gave the women her space but checked on her periodically. Luckily for me I took photos of my brand new PGT hurricane impact sliding glass doors and windows prior to her arrival. They had the PGT sticker on them. This cleaning professional decided it was necessary to use a razor blade to remove the sticker from my brand new windows and doors. I walked in before she got to my master windows and noticed the long, deep scratches on all 3 sliding glass doors and on my guest window and immediately confronted her. Her and I both took off the sticker very easily in my master with a little bit of elbow grease and a glue dissolving solution. There was no need for her to hack away at my windows and doors with a razor blade. I immediately reached out to the company and spoke with Alex. He falsely assured me he was going to help me and not leave me hanging. Alex did provide me with their liability insurance information which was a complete dead end. Apparently their insurance policy protects them as a company in the event something happens to one of their employees but does not protect us as the consumer if something happens at our home by one of their employees. So ultimately now I'm left dealing directly with them, unfortunately. I had to find 3 others to assist me the following day on Sunday to help get my condo cleaned in preparation for furniture deliveries being made beginning on Monday 3/7/22. Myself and three others cleaned the so-called "cleaned" condo for eight hours. I sent them photos as I was cleaning to show them exactly the poor quality of work (photos and video of a white cloth with a filthy handprint from one wipe of the Un leaned bathroom and the dust from the floor piled up) their cleaning professional rendered. I've been waiting for weeks for a resolution. I had a window company come out to see if they could repair the scratches and I was informed the window and sliding door glass should be replaced. I emailed them a quote which went unresponded to.them to come out with their "window specialist " Finally after multiple unsuccessful attempts at reaching them I received a call from Alex today. I was instructed to have my attorney send them a letter because they were not going to move forward with assisting me with repairs/replacement as originally promised. I had asked them on multiple times for a refund for my cleaning fee, which I fortunately paid via my American Express. They ignored my request so I filed a claim directly with American Express and received my funds back. It was direct retaliation since American Express suspended their payment. Alex flat out told me today 3/22/22, "since we are not getting paid we're not paying you! It's like we weren't there!" I told him luckily for me I live in a condo with a security guard that shows when you arrived, when you left and the date that you were here. Alex said he was instructed by the owner to not move forward with helping me. Pathetic! I would never recommend these people. They are incompetent, unprofessional, FRAUDS! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
