To streamline the cooking process, substitutions are not allowed. On Friday's, Taco-S-Abroson food truck is available from 4pm-8pm. The food truck does not accept credit cards; cash only. During this visit I has a can of House Wine Red Blend for $10 to sip on. For dinner I chose the Works Pizza (#10) for $15.50: red sauce, cheese, pepperoni, sausage, ham, red onion, olives and mushrooms. Quite the tasty pizza. ---------------- This is a cool little brewery right in my backyard. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. This brewery is essentially a refurbished hangar so dress accordingly. It's a good idea to bring a sweatshirt or jacket to ward off the chill. There are a few TVs mounted throughout the hanger. Board-games are also available to play while sipping brews. Beer listings are displayed on a nice digital screen. A couple beers have a high ABV which limits those beers to two pours. There isn't really a kitchen; however, simple foods such as sandwiches and chips are available. Waiter service is non-existent. Orders are placed at the counter as well as picked up at the counter (beer & food). My wife ordered Audrey for $5 a pint. I ordered the Back Stabbing Bitch (2 pour limit) for $5 a pint. We both enjoyed our choices. For lunch my wife ordered the Traditionalist Polish Dog with original Tim's potato chips for $6. Can't go wrong with a hot dog. I ordered half a Big JW with a bag of jalapeno Tim's chips for $6. My sandwich was generously topped with meat and cheese and grilled to a nice golden brown. Tasty. We look forward to returning in the near future to slurp on some tasty beer while watching a game.

The patio is great on a sunny day although you are close to the road so it does not provide a great ambiance, but it is nice to be outside and enjoy good weather. Visa and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment. Lazy Boy is family and dog friendly. Lazy Boy is a warehouse type of brewery. Location is in the middle of warehouse businesses. Indoors is cement, pipes, wires and painted/taped floors. Bring a light sweatshirt if you get cold easily. Lazy Boy offers a few light snacks: popcorn (donations welcome) and snack-sized chips. One can bring in their own food or they can order food from local restaurants. Restaurant menus are available to view. I happened to visit on a Saturday afternoon with live music which added a ton to the experience. Plenty of easy parking, a food truck was present when I visited, there's a coffee stand in the parking lot, snacks/non alcoholic drinks available for sale inside. Lots of room both inside and out, a large outside area with a couple fire tables and an actual fire pit, some plastic axe throwing and other things, tons of room for dogs and children. Some of the outside area was covered for those days when you want to be outside at a fire table but the weather disagrees. Lots of beers to choose from but also a distillery on site with a separate room and cocktails available for purchase. This room has a fancier decor and is 21 plus if you want to be away from those with children. I guess Glory Bucha Kombucha is also being brewed on site. They were out of the blackberry pale beer when we visited, but plenty of other tasty options on tap. Sounds like they also have a connection with a winery and a cider company. Multiple people behind the bar is also a plus. My only complaint is that a place this large could use more than 2 bathrooms. I'll definitely be adding this to my Snohomish rotation and hope to be back again soon. Fingers crossed I can snag a fire table next time.

It's a friendly place and they clearly have devoted regulars. In long I had the afternoon to goof off and I've earned a little cheat, so I stopped in for a few beers. The Basic IPA was a little too malty, as was the Huger Heffer (hefeweizen). The Hazy IPA was solid, lots of citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavors. The bartender happily jumped right in to change one of the huge flatscreens over to the Mariner game. (We even won!). It was slow for the first hour or two I was there. The barn doors were open and you could see a couple kids and dogs running around. Turf on the deck outside, some open grass, cornhole, axe-throwing. Lots of fun low-tech stuff happening. A two-piece cover band came in after a while and started playing. Dad jokes galore. Good vibe, they clearly pulled in tons of people who wanted to check them out. Everybody's having fun. I didn't try the cocktails, and all I can say about the food truck is that they were super friendly and the food smelled incredible. This is a good-enough hangout for one person and would clearly be great for a group, even a big group. Fun day in the valley. I'll say that is all accessible, and the washrooms are gender-neutral. They're accessible, too, though there are no grab bars and the toilets are *really* low to the ground. Plenty of room to move around in there, though.

Killer food truck on site daily. In long We rolled in for a late lunch and almost had the place to ourselves for a while. Big room, high ceilings, lots of hardwoods in the construction, plus bare concrete floors. It filled in with maybe 20 people after a while and you can tell it'll get loud when it's full. We checked out 3 beers, a wine, and 2 seltzers. The beers are all drinkable; the wines and seltzers are kinda average as those things go. We relaxed and listened to music and watched the Audubon channel on one of the flatscreens. Lots of regulars seemed to know each other, and the barman was always happy to see everybody. Outside there's an amazing taco truck with a huge menu. You can order from your phone and pay when you go out to get it. The website says cash only, but they're really cash preferred. They do take cards. Whew! All in all a good hangout for a fun afternoon sneaking out of the house.
