Karen and Alicia handled the situation, but instead of simply correcting the store's pricing error, I was made to feel embarrassed by comments about me asking for "just 25 cents" per bottle. This happened in front of other customers waiting in line and was completely unnecessary. The issue was never about the amount. It was about honoring the advertised price and treating customers with respect. A simple correction and a professional attitude would have resolved everything. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

Anyone driving across 27 can attest the traffic can be horrendous, this area has seen extraordinary growth over the past decade and what once were orange groves have been transitioned into housing developments so with the heavy traffic the easiest way to enter this location is from the rear, then exit directly on to Hwy. 27.
