We frequently order the delicious brown sugar bubble tea with crema (I always choose oat milk). You can use the e-order board to customize your tea by choosing levels of sweetness, types of milk and other options. Chatime often offers seasonal special drinks. Presently, they are serving an absolutely delicious pumpkin spice latte. I usually get it chilled, but today it was a cold day, so I got a hot one with crema. So tasty!! The warm spices really shone through without being overwhelming. We also love the macarons: expensive, but worth it! Parking is plentiful, service is friendly and efficient, and the offerings various and refreshing. What is there not to like??

Only regular drinks on menu could be chosen. A little bit disappointed. So I picked the no. 2 Matcha Zen Trio from the top 10 menu. As always, Matcha is my favorite and little jelly at the bottom I love so much. I would like to try seasonal drinks next time.

They do have the kiosks available but unsure if you can still collect points. I remember before it didn't allow you to scan your card. The drinks made here are pretty quick and good. I am a solid 30% sugar drinker and it's pretty on point here for just the right amount of less sugar. Although I will say, if you do less ice, I notice a gap at the top of the cup without filling the drink to the top. I've never asked for no ice so I don't know if it'll be even less.

That is unheard of here in the States. As a boba connoisseur, I was ecstatic when I saw Chicha having a location on the way home to our hotel. I knew the quality of their drinks would be up there, and the fact that there was little wait really sweetened the experience. I ordered the DongDing Oolong Milk Tea with Oat Milk and Boba, light sugar and ice. Their boba here is slightly different from a traditional black tapioca pearl, but it still hits the spot. The tea was well brewed and not too sweet, just how I like my boba. The shop itself was wonderful with its cute aesthetics and the smell of tea filling the air. You could tell there was quality based on that alone. Give them a try if you've yet to experience higher quality boba.

I recently tried the Mango Cheese Tart, and it was a nice surprise. The mango flavour was light and refreshing, with a soft, creamy texture and just a hint of cheese. The crust was more like a soft cookie than a crisp tart, but it still tasted good. It does get pretty busy most of the time, especially in the afternoons, but the staff work quickly and the line usually moves fast. Definitely a reliable spot if you're craving something sweet and satisfying.

KALE BOOST TEA - 9.99 + normal ice + light sugar + jasmine green tea + with chia seed I was hesitant to order this drink because paying for a vegetable-based tea sounded questionable, but my cousin insisted it was refreshing. Surprisingly, there was none of the bitterness I expected from kale, and it paired really well with the jasmine green tea. I loved the chia seeds topping, and hopefully it will help with my bowel movements after all the heavy foods I've been eating this past week. My cousin ordered the limited tiramisu milk tea, which HEYTEA is currently offering in collaboration with Pop Mart. We expected it to be fun, but it ended up being fun AND genuinely good. The coffee notes blended nicely with the milk tea, and it wasn't overly sweet or heavy. Overall, this was a solid stop, and I'm glad I got to enjoy something light and refreshing after stuffing myself with dim sum nearby.
