We booked a sunset gondola ride for our 10th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, and it was so foggy. I was terribly disappointed but didn't fault the company. We had a great time on our gondola ride with Mark as our gondolier. We had great conversation and really enjoyed ourselves. Next time we will try and book in the spring or fall when fog is less likely to occur. read more

We took a second trip! It was wonderful we originally had rented the gondola for four hours for our wedding six years ago on our sixth anniversary we decided to roll down memory lane. Brought my family out here for Mother's Day weekend and they had a blast. The scenery was beautiful and the air fresh. We had scheduled a noon gondola ride but was half an hour late due to traffic- fortunately, Mark was able to accommodate. He was communicative through the whole process of booking to arriving. This was my first gondola ride and I had a great experience. I had first bought a ride through Groupon and then set up the time of our reservation over the phone. Then I met Mark, who was an excellent guide. He knew a lot about the scenery and kept us thoroughly entertained throughout the hour. We stepped onto the gondola and time stood still. We picked a cool winter sunset, so we could snuggle under the blankets and enjoy the changing light. Mark helped us pick the best time. If we weren't married, it would have been a wonderful place to be proposed to!! We kissed under the bridges and Mark sang to us as we came under the last bridge. Candles softly lit the front of the boat. The gondola itself is perfection as well- a real beauty! This is a wonderful and romantic thing to do especially on a vacation or special event. Our family of five went on this gondola ride through the channel island canals for our daughter's birthday . We had such a great time . Mark the owner, was so nice & professional . We were so impressed with how pretty and peaceful the ride was . Mark told us several interesting facts of what we were seeing. He's very informed . We brought our own drinks and snacks and it was such a fun & different experience . We had no idea these canals even existed, and it was like being in a high quality resort . We were even running a little late and you gave us all the time for what we paid for. Though I know that won't/isn 't possible for at times, we didn't even ask and you offered it. You have a great customer service presence and we both just had a great time...even re: the message in the botttle. That "might" need to be explained a little bit more so you don't get messages like we wrote thinking we hoepfully would hear from someone from Ireland in a year or two. LOL! Wife and our two teenage kids went on a foggy Friday night after enjoying an Italian dinner at nearby restaurant. Mark was wonderful and even had blankets warmed up and ready for us. Gondola is beautiful and authentic hand made, and Mark is rightfully proud of her. Tour was romantic, interesting, and exceeded our expectations. He told us stories, explained some of the houses and boats and even sang to us under one of the bridges. Teenage kids asked many questions and really enjoyed the trip. Although foggy and high tide, harbor was like glass and no wind. We enjoyed a bottle of wine on the 1 hour tour. Honestly, this was as enjoyable and much cheaper trip than Venice gondola rides (of course cannot compare to Venice history and sights) Four enthusiastic thumbs up!! read more

How fun! We scheduled a ride about 6 hours in advance and was pleasantly surprised to see the striped shirt and a very authentic looking gondola named Teresa when we arrived. We brought a bottle of wine and were supplied with a bucket and glasses. The ride itself was very comfortable. It was a little chilly and breezy and there were thankfully blankets available. Mark, the gondolier, was fine in conversation or being quiet and knew a lot about the harbor and the community. He even gave us a romantic serenade under one of the scenic bridges on our loop. This place is totally underrated! My experience with my boyfriend was amazing!!!! First off, the location was a little hard to find, especially since it was night time and everything was harder to find in the dark, but we called the business number twice and each time the gentleman on the phone kindly helped and walked us through with directions. When we finally found the location (behind Vons) our gondola rower (not sure the proper name) was very kind, welcoming, and assisting. You're able to bring unlimited bottles of your choice, snacks, and a blanket on the ride. They provide cups, wine opener, bucket for your bottles, and blankets. The experience of the ride was romantic, peaceful, and breathtaking. Recommending this to anyone and everyone! Customer service was 100 throughout our whole experience. This was an AMAZING hour spent with friends, family and our wonderful gondolier Scott. 6 of is went at sunset under a full moon-- the lights and sights were so beautiful and peaceful. We are a group of singers so we had an incredible time singing with Scott under all the bridges. The boat was so comfortable and Scott provided plenty of blankets against the chill. We brought snacks and just had an amazing journey. Scott was brilliant and drawing everyone out, and he is an excellent gondolier with boat skills that make it all look effortless.
