She got into a huge argument and fought for a bunch of stupid highschool kids. I would highly recommend EF tours to anyone who is young or old and doesn't know how to plan out a vacation. Thank you EF Tours for a great experience and to my tour guide, I know we may not have been great friends but you stuck up for us in the end and that is all that matters and I highly respect you for that. I had a very disappointing experience with EF Educational Tours customer service…read more I contacted the company two months before the deadline they imposed to request flexibility regarding my situation. Reaching out well in advance, I expected at least a conversation or some level of understanding. Instead, the response I received was rigid and dismissive. There was no empathy, no attempt to offer alternatives, and no outreach to help resolve the issue. I was simply told that I could reach out again after the tour if I still needed assistance -- which defeats the entire purpose of contacting them proactively. For a company that works with families and students on expensive international travel experiences, I expected a much higher level of customer care. If flexibility and responsive customer service are important to you, you may want to think carefully before booking with EF. Based on my experience, their policies appear to take priority over people, even when customers reach out well in advance to try to resolve an issue.

Almost 2 YEARS and no refund? They cancelled the flight and no refund as promised! I have been…read moreusing BACC travel for the past 15 years and was a loyalty customer, even though many close friends and family had a negative experience, but we were lucky I guess! It has been 2 YEAR countless e-mails and phone calls and no REFUND!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! No consideration, respect for customers and keep your money blaming the Copa Airlines??? I have NOT paid Copa Airlines, I used BACC travel direct payment to you guys!!! SHAME!!! Not worth it! So many more travel agencies with same price and more respect! You pay for what you get! If you choose BACC or Click and Fly, hope that everything goes all right, otherwise you are screwed!

Two very different experiences. The good one: (going there…read morein person) My relative needed to travel to Brazil urgently due to an unexpected death in the family. As soon as the store opened (8am) we were assisted by a gentleman who works there, named Jose. He searched and found us a really amazing deal.The best price ever boarding the same day, and to sit by the window. I heard that in the area of Boston they are one of the two agencies with the best prices because buy directly from the companies. This travel agent seemed knowledgeable and was very polite and quick. We left the place in less than 20 min with everything (paperwork) ready to board the same day in the afternoon. The bad one: (over the phone) I made reservations and the staff member (not Jose) told me I could go and pay until a certain date. When I called her according to what we had arranged to confirm if the store would be open because it was snowing, she informed me I had lost my reservations! I did new a new one and tried to pay with credit card over the phone twice during that day to avoid the same problem. She was unable to do it because the system was having trouble. To summarize: she made me lose 200 bucks because she messed up twice and each time the ticket got 100 bucks more expensive and I had to rearrange my plans twice because of her inefficiency. Really annoying and I was not offered anything by her mistake. Conclusion: they are very good at finding good prices and are great if you pay in person specially cash. You go there, do the business and leave. If you want to do something more modern, like using telephone or email, it doesn't work. And they do not seem to care because they have loads of Brazilian customers who would not buy from another place because they don't want to have to do business in English.
