each time I've gone in, they've always been welcoming and helpful They haven't charged for minor things that they've helped with. I'm quite satisfied with their service and quality of work. read more

Have had a few appointments for my vehicle at this garage and every time I showed up for the scheduled appointment they would tell me, that I was scheduled for the week prior. This is the 3rd time this has happened, after the first time i started confirming with them on the phone date and time and they still keep pulling that shit. this will be the last time I take my car anywhere near that ga. I understand business gets busy, but thats why I made an appointment .. read more

I stopped by to get a second opinion on an inspection that didn't make sense to me. The person who helped me was extremely helpful and clear. I'll definitely go back. read more

I went there for an inspection and my headlight was shining up , they adjusted it (so I didn't fail) and they also polished my headlights took off all the haze on the lens, the look like new now , didn't charge anything. Had the same thing happened years ago when I went to the state inspection station they failed me, had to get it fixed and go back for re-inspection, what a pain. I highly recommend goly's garage for your inspection and other car repairs. read more

Recently stopped in at Goly's to get an oil change as a walk in customer and I have to say that my experience was really great. The staff here was polite and didn't seem agitated that I showed up without a scheduled appointment. They ended up getting my car in quickly and before I knew it (roughly 20 minutes), I was out the door. On top of that, the prices was reasonable. In the end, I liked having my oil change here and I plan to get my oil changes at Goly's in the future. read more

Made an appointment to get an oil change at 10 am. Waited till 10:26 they still hadn't even taken my car in. I asked a dude there how much longer till my car would be taken in, took him another almost 10 minutes to ask somebody else until that person came out to tell me it would be ANOTHER 10 minutes before they even took my ca into the garage. Screw this place had troubles here years ago and stopped going but apparently they still suck. read more

Never go there! I did a oil change here and they forgot to put the cap back... That afternoon my car got smoke. I opened the hood and saw oil everywhere. You even can screw up an oil change! What kind of garage you are? And I called them, they even didn't say sorry. They just asked me to go back and cleaned the engine for me. No refund, no discount! And I never find my cap back, I had to buy a new one by myself!!!! read more

I had a car towed here, and as it was unfixable, sold the car to the garage. When I returned to get my items out of the car, a blonde woman was extremely rude to me. She would not let me grab my things, which were just a few small things all in plain view. When I asked "What do I need to do in order to retrieve my items", she told me "It's time for you to leave, sweetie". I am 17 and pretty small but that should not give her the right to talk to me like that. It felt extremely degrading. When my mother visited to retrieve her flowers out of the vehicle, they told her the car had already been cleaned out, but you could see the flowers from the window. I recently moved to Greenfield and this shop is the closest to my house. I own 2 old cars that constantly need maintenance but I will never bring them here. read more

I have done a great deal of business with Goly's over the years. I get all of my vehicles inspected here and they have done a lot of my repairs. If you ever need a tow in the area Ed is always quick. read more

I brought my dodge minivan in for a tire rotation, after the car seems fine until i got down the road a mile and my damn rear passenger fell off. NOT HAPPY and will never go back there!!!! read more

I had my oil changed here about 3000 miles ago. They apparently neglected to refill the oil when they did it, and I've been driving around with no oil. I'm lucky my engine didn't seize. I will NEVER return to this garage. Huge failure on their part. read more

I can make appt's ahead of time and they're prompt when I get there. One visit, I had 4 small things to fix, and I guessed the fees would be $25 each or $100. It was fast and only cost $35. Another time my "maintenance needed" light was on and I needed to pass inspection. This is a great scenario for them to rip me off. It only needed an oil change and my car passed inspection, both in 40 minutes. read more

I took a family members truck to get an inspection sticker. They had a clean waiting room, decent assortment of magazines. The truck failed. 1 bald tire, a light out and a bad hub! I asked if it could be fixed the next day, yes they said. I was leaving to go home around 1pm, they said no problem we'll get it done! Ok so I brought it back later that afternoon. Left my cell number. I expected to get a call around noon. But no, I got a call at 9:30am!! Wow! I was so surprised! The truck was all done!! Awesome! The total came in lower then the rough estimate! Awesome again!! Truck drives great! My dad was a long time customer and friend of the original owner. That's why I choose to go there. I no longer live in the area. I am so happy that they have keep up the same reputation the original owner had. Not living in the area for over 20 years a lot changes, but I am very grateful and extremely happy that Goly's is still the same! read more
