Remodeled the master bath, master bedroom, closets, den, spare room and added large closet to another bedroom. 1000 square feet, gutted. New insulation with soundproofing added. New windows and doors. Refinished hardwoods and added new tile in the den and bathroom. The closets are wonderful, so organized. New cabinets in the spare room, den and master bath. Wonderful quartzite countertops and fireplace surround. Added a bench and made the shower larger. Large format tile - 24" x 48". New jacuzzi. We love all of it. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Gregory late 2017.  We had existing plans drawn up for a second-story addition.  Gregory was working on a project close by, and we got his contact information from the sign.  We gathered three bids. His bid was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive, but we went with him because of his calm demeanor, professional presentation, and no high-pressure sale.  It was an extensive project, so we moved out of the house during the construction.  Since we were out of the house, we decided to take advantage of the opportunity. We ended up gutting almost the entire lower level. Essentially Gregory built a new house, we went from approximately 2500 ft.² to approximately 4500 ft.². The project was not without its challenges as every person will tell you that has ever had significant construction, there are always problems, the difference is in how the contractor handles adversity. This is where his calm demeanor came to be quite reassuring.  We did have quite a few issues with rain getting into the construction area. This was a case where a general contractor probably took the word of a subcontractor that he knew what he was doing when he said he could install Hardie-board siding. The price was not the problem. But I'm pretty sure I knew more about Hardie install than the sub. 2021 was a year when everyone was scrambling for skilled tradesmen. Promises were made but then Covid and materials shortages made having a good GC even more important. Yet rarely was my job checked on unless I asked for a visit. I discovered errors during install so I had to watch every minute of this project to fend off other mistakes. Not sure I caught them all. It took a lot of follow up calls to get the work done to an acceptable level. If you do work with this company make sure your proposal is very detailed or you will find out the hard way that things were not included that you assumed would be. Be specific. Greg remodeled the master bath for my house in Plano. He took out the existing spa tub replaced with soaker tub, did all the plumbing and installed backsplash around the tub. He also replaced windows to the energy efficient double pane, updated 6 ceiling fans, hung blinds. He even removed bird nest. Everything was done w/in budget and timeline.
