This can be verified, 516 W Port Royale Ln, Phoenix. Lots of agents say they're add value...Evolve does. And that's just one small example. Evolve has been my agent for several properties and added a lot of value in each case. Excellent contract review, writing and negotiating and their market analysis is brilliant, just brilliant. They're always really busy but I never feel rushed. Response time is excellent. To the point, very professional. You can do no better. I've worked with agents in different markets in the past and Evolve is in a totally different league.

I sold a house for a friend and my in-laws sold their house. We both used Evolve and we have nothing but great things to say. If its an easy sale, I Jay will make it a breeze. If its a hard, complicated sale (like selling a house for an incapacitated friend while I was living in California) I Jay rallies and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Sometimes you get lucky in life events (like selling a home) and I Jay keeps it easy. Sometimes life can throw you a curve ball and I Jay steps up. Again, look no further than Evolve to represent you on the sale or purchase of a home in Scottsdale. If you aren't convinced already, let me add a bit more. The comparable analysis that I Jay prepared was spot on. Sometimes realtors show you a high price just to get your business. Sometimes they show you a low price so its easy for them to sell the house to the first buyer. I Jay didn't play any of those games. He gave us a thorough analysis and we received 3 offers above the mid-point of the range. Because I wasn't local, I Jay had to prepare the home for sale which involved a lot of his time and efforts to get the house looking great. He marketed the house aggressively. We got feedback from every realtor that visited the house and ultimately got under contract quickly. Great effort and great result!

She had to really search around for our price and the two things we wanted in a home. The way the homes were being gobbled up so quickly we soon started feeling discouraged. Kelly would have none of that! Her professional knowledge, dedication and personality are without compare. Bob and I have lived all over the country in many homes. I have never once been dedicated to a real estate agent but Kelly is a keeper Here we were all the way to RI. Kelly was on the end of the phone every single time we needed to have information. My daughter was shocked when she learned we had bought a home sight unseen. That is because Kelly did walkthrus, pictures and videos and we just felt GOOD about her. We absolutely love our home. Daily, Darryl sent me listings that met the criteria that we established. I would give him feedback on the listings, and he would improve the search until I was only viewing properties that were ideal. I finally found the "perfect" home, and Darryl quickly started planning a strategy to purchase. Unfortunately the owner decided to take the property off the market. I was crushed, but unbeknownst to me, Darryl started making calls, and found another property in the same development. This one was better than the first!! Through the purchasing process, Darryl stayed on top of any situation that came up and dealt with it. His communication was excellent. I've completed the purchase, and I couldn't be happier. If you are looking for an agent who will find you the right property, help you through every step of the purchase, while offering the best of service, Darryl is your man.

He found us the right house at the right price and helped us negotiate an incredible deal. He was available at all times throughout the process to answer our questions and work with the seller's realtor to ensure we were well taken care of. He is genuine and is truly skilled at what he does. We never felt lost in the home buying process and he was even kind enough to refer us to his personal contractor for upgrades we wanted to make as soon as we closed. In addition, when the property we had listed with another realtor sat on the market for 120 days and had numerous offers fall through due to a total lack of communication and effort by that company, we cancelled our contract to work with Tucker to help sell it. The first day our property was on the market, Tucker was able to negotiate a deal the other realtor was fully incapable of completing. We have been so impressed with our experience we will ensure Tucker is our realtor for all future home purchases and sales. Whether buying or selling, we can not recommend Tucker enough.
