Really nice clubhouse, very nice restrooms, clean and stocked. Full bar and restaurant. First things all golfers like to know, can we take carts to parking lot. Nope. Starter gets things going smoothly so you wont experience 10 minute wait times on tee boxes. Now for the course, it's really nice! Hazards, like trees and bunkers, keep things exciting but playable. The Palms course has water here and there, but easy to avoid, except for number 11. Greens roll true but fast and are very well maintained. The patio dining is beautiful, and the prices are reasonable, which has kept us coming back. That said, our most recent visit on Sunday after church was extremely disappointing. We came with a cousin expecting the same great experience we've had before, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We were quoted a 20-30 minute wait and ended up waiting over an hour. Once seated, we ordered right away, but it took more than another hour for our food to arrive. When the food finally came out, the portion sizes seemed noticeably smaller. My husband's order was incorrect, and he didn't receive his meal until after the rest of us had already finished eating. We were also missing a side we had ordered. On top of that, we didn't receive our drinks for at least 30 minutes, and were told the bartender was "flustered." Overall, we left feeling really disappointed and dissatisfied, especially since we've had such positive experiences here in the past. At this point, we'd honestly rather grab something quick from Canyon Lake Market than go through another experience like this.

My reason is because of the honesty and integrity shown to me by the team. Specifically, a young man by the name of Caleb and then supported by his manager, Byron. I'm a relatively new Golf player and had been given a golf bag with some clubs. However, the clubs didn't seem to fall into the bag very well. They felt like they were stuck. So I came into the store and in my mind I was going to buy a new golf bag. However, Caleb asked me what my problem was, and I explained it, and he was extremely honest. He could easily have sold me a golf bag because I was going to buy one, but he explained that there was nothing wrong with my bag, there was something stuck at the bottom of the bag which I couldn't see. He spent the next few minutes, trying to fish it out of the bag and pulled a strap out that was stuck at the bottom of the bag somehow. And now my bag is fine! It means a lot to me that he found a way to be honest and not sell me something that I didn't need to buy. Honesty and integrity mean a lot more to a customer than product variety. And thanks to Caleb and supported by Byron this will be my Golf store of choice.
