I played the ruby tees which were nearly 5200 yds which is a good distance. Lots of water on this one although I only put one ball in. The sand didn't seem to be a major factor either. Price was reasonable. As a twosome, we played with two singles, one local and one who was visiting but had played the course several times. They were very nice people to play with and the staff was also friendly. We split a medium bucket of balls to warm up. The driving range used mats for hitting. Balls were not included in green fees.

Laid back but a total pro as an instructor. I became a snowbird this year and will work with him once a week until I leave in May

Not many blind shots so as a new player to the course, you didn't have to guess on where to hit it. I played the Sky tees which were just under 4900 yards. A bit short but the next tees were about 5400 which was way too long. Par threes were a good distance. The driving range was actual grass (no mats) and a medium buckets was a ton of balls. They had a couple signature holes that were fun, almost island greens, or at least they looked like islands from the fairway. We will be back to play this course. So much better shape than others we've tried so far.
