After leaving another store in Willowbrook that offered me no assistance or advice but just offered me an array of women's clubs that I was not able to try, I went back to Palos, kicking myself for not going there first. Within an hour an a half, I walked out of Palos Golf with a new set of men's senior clubs that we chose after I tried several different women's and then men's clubs, finding the perfect set and receiving a mini lesson that straightened out my ball instantaneously! I was able to take out of the set, any clubs I didn't need. Same prices or better than any stores I went to or looked at. All WITH the time and effort to get me into the right set of clubs. Mind you, I was ready and willing to spend more but thankfully, I was guided to what was best for ME. Consequently, I'll be spending a lot more money at Palos Golf! Thank you Brett!

I was looking for a pre-owned club and while they didn't have the largest selection (which is expected for women's clubs) they had a few options. They have really great practice bays to try out clubs, they were very helpful in gauging my swing speed and putting me in the right club. I was impressed with their level of service and helpfulness (I had been into PGA superstore before this and received no where near the level of assistance). The club was a good price based in online comps and I was able to get home and start practicing with it right away, which was great! James was really nice and helpful, which I sincerely appreciate. If you're in the area and looking for some golf supplies, I'd highly recommend this Golf Galaxy. Enjoy!

I stopped in without an appointment just to ask it they would have time to adjust my putter and with in minutes my club was done. Any other club fitter would have told me to drop off my club and come back in a week. Not this location. This isn't my first visit at this location, I have always been impressed with all of them being so polite and professional in the way they have always treated me. Why anybody would go elsewhere for new clubs or repairs is beyond me, I've gone to the big box stores and believe me, they don't hold a candle for service or professionalism. All I can say is this, if anybody is looking for golf clubs or repairs and most importantly, talk to a professional that knows what they're talking about the Schaumburg office is the place to go. I never heard back until I reached back out 4 days later. I then reached back out a few days later to move forward with my fitting and I again didn't hear back from anyone for a week. I called again to communicate my frustrations at this point, and my fitter was not available so someone took a message and said I would get a call back the next day. Still nothing as I write this. I find it very perplexing that I can't give my money away. In addition to all this, I was sent an email from club champion to activate my account online. When I tried doing that, I kept getting an error and I reached out to Club Champion at info@clubchampiongolf.com and no one responded. On top of all this, I also had dropped off a club to repair during my driver fitting and was told it would be done in 48 hours. I never got a call back about it and when I called 4 days later to get it back, I was told it would be done that day which means it would not have been done had I never called. All in all, I've spent close to $5000 in fitting with club champion and unfortunately, I don't think I could go back again knowing these experiences and would take my money to the PGA Superstore.
