I stopped in without an appointment just to ask it they would have time to adjust my putter and with in minutes my club was done. Any other club fitter would have told me to drop off my club and come back in a week. Not this location. This isn't my first visit at this location, I have always been impressed with all of them being so polite and professional in the way they have always treated me. Why anybody would go elsewhere for new clubs or repairs is beyond me, I've gone to the big box stores and believe me, they don't hold a candle for service or professionalism. After completing my driver fitting, I took home my quote to think about it. The following week I…read morereached out to my fitter for a couple questions. I never heard back until I reached back out 4 days later. I then reached back out a few days later to move forward with my fitting and I again didn't hear back from anyone for a week. I called again to communicate my frustrations at this point, and my fitter was not available so someone took a message and said I would get a call back the next day. Still nothing as I write this. I find it very perplexing that I can't give my money away. In addition to all this, I was sent an email from club champion to activate my account online. When I tried doing that, I kept getting an error and I reached out to Club Champion at info@clubchampiongolf.com and no one responded. On top of all this, I also had dropped off a club to repair during my driver fitting and was told it would be done in 48 hours. I never got a call back about it and when I called 4 days later to get it back, I was told it would be done that day which means it would not have been done had I never called. All in all, I've spent close to $5000 in fitting with club champion and unfortunately, I don't think I could go back again knowing these experiences and would take my money to the PGA Superstore.
