But other than that... Grew up in Reisterstown very nearby so Mitchell's (formerly Tom Mitchell's) was a part of our lives for many years. I have fond memories of a very popular and well kept mini golf place that was always packed on weekends. It's been a long time... Walking up to the spot, my jaw dropped. The grounds look dilapidated as if untouched by human hands for over a decade. We decided to go for it for old time sake-we chose the Monster. Overgrown weeds, old and rusty clubs, filthy balls, the greens are worn and moss ridden. Pools of water destroyed by the hands of time and neglect. Piles of branches and pine needles that seem to be sitting there with no intent to dispose of them. Uneven greens make it hard to play. Some extra/bonus holes have been blocked permanently as it seems too much effort to repair. Not sure about the condition of the driving range or the batting cages. Thanks for the memories, Mitchell's, but we won't be back.

Nice practice facility, course was crowded, but it moved, so no complaints there. Definitely recommend.

If you have never played here and you wanna try it out one time it's definitely worth it ,but if you want to save a few dollars and play somewhere in the same area that's the same quality go play glade valley 20 min west in fred , or Baltimore county course like pineridge/woodlands . Witnessed a Oakmont Ranger on Fathers Day yelling at a father in front of his little son. What a…read morescene! I'm sure it was a real negative experience for the child. What ever the mix up was about the Oakmont Ranger really showed his butt. I give the father credit I'm not sure I could have stayed so calm. Especially when my child started crying from the Oakmont Ranger yelling. It was real uncomfortable for me can't imagine how the father and son felt. Eventually, the father and son went to the driving range and finished their golf time out there. Mr. Golf Ranger guy there is nothing that could've possibly happened that would've caused you to behave in such a way in a public or private place. It's just Golf people! A father and son on Fathers Day! Shame on you behavior! An adult man, you are suppose to be an example for those little golfers. Oakmont you guys really showed your butts in front of so many golfers. I am really disappointed in your management and staff after witnessing this incident on Sunday, Father Day. You owe that family an apology.
