When I started the car at pickup, the warning light was still on. I asked the owner, Nathan, to explain why. Instead of rechecking the car, he insisted it was because I hadn't approved all six items on his inspection list, even though his own report marked several of them as not needing work, and none of them relate to that warning light. When I pressed for an answer, he used profanity toward me, including a vulgar personal insult, and yelled at me as I left. Any shop can have a repair that doesn't hold. What matters is how they respond. Refusing to recheck a repair that failed before I left the lot, and then cursing at a customer, is not acceptable. I now have to pay another shop to diagnose the same problem. I can't recommend this business.

I was sent here to repair transmission (the reason why i started finding answers was noise while driving and breaking), but instead, diagnostic showed that transmission is ok, and they said me "we don't repair things whish are not broken". And then i returned to the place (it was Akin Autorepair) which sent me to Dale Transmission, and here began conflict: they started scare me that my transmission is bad and axle can come out while driving(what was not true, i asked in official dealer), and complain that Dale transmission is not competent(what was pretty boldly and not polite from their side), and tried to send me to another transmission autorepair (by the way it would cost me at least 3000 dollars). I had not choice and went to official dealer, full diagnostic, which costed a lot. But they said "last word" - transmission is ok, and the reason of noise is bad front right hub, which need to replace. After that i came back to Dale Transmission and they changed my front hub, like exception, because they repair transmission only.
