Simply Poor Customer Service. Owner is rude & condescending. They installed a Controller on my Cart…read moreand it went bad in 4 months and they wouldn't replace under warranty. Had to send my controller outta State to get repaired. I've had a few Golf Carts and went to other shops in the past; figured since this shop was nearby I'd try it out. Never again. The owner is an elderly man who is extremely set in his ways. I can honestly say I've never been treated this badly.

BUYER BEWARE. This business is completely dishonest. After a few weeks of buying my golf cart which…read morethey redid the exterior to be all new, the stitching on the seat was coming apart causing a hole in my golf cart seat. I'm a single person using the golf cart and weigh less than 115lbs. There's no reason it should be coming apart so soon. They agreed to fix it but still charged me to have my golf cart picked up and dropped off (even though their faulty job was to blame). Then now up to date, I realized they sold me oId batteries when I had paid for new batteries at the time of purchase. The batteries are even older than the year of the golf cart (unless they lied to me as well on that and sold me an older golf cart than claimed). The batteries recently started to slow down so I took it to my local golf cart repair person to see what the problem was. He told me the battery is four years old and it of course won't work as well. I had contacted this company in which they told me to provide them with the numbers on batteries so they can check with the manufacturer. I did just that and they did just about nothing other than tell me that the battery warranty has expired. I told them I don't care about trying to get my batteries fixed, I just wanted to know why they had falsely sold me old batteries as new. They know they sold me older batteries so they told me maybe somebody switched my batteries. I live on a private island with cameras everywhere. I don't ever take my golf cart off of this island. I'm sure none of the super wealthy families that live here are stealing and switching super heavy batteries. I had bought two golf carts from them and this is how they treat me. I wouldn't be surprised if they sold me old batteries for the second golf cart as well. Save yourself the headache and find another company that isn't going to try to pass off old items as new.
