I was a patient for around 5 years. I had selected one of their dentist I wanted as my dentist. I…read moreonly ever saw her for 1 or 2 appointments and was switched without my consent to the primary dentist. My insurance would cover 2 cleanings a year, they wanted me to do 4. I told them I would only do what was covered and was told they would code it differently to cover all 4. Which they did until last Nov. Also I had a spot that I thought was a chipped filling, after a year of cleanings they finally noticed it. Turned out it was a major cavity. They claim to be pain free. Went for a periodontal cleaning with numbing. The one session I had to be numbed twice (at least my neck was numbed not my jaw so much) and then they decided to touch-up the other side that had been done previously (no numbing). I had been meaning to find another dentist and when they coded my cleaning differently and it was not covered AND they would not admit to making a mistake. Now they are turning it over to their lawyer for $80. If you go there don't plan on seeing the same staff, it seams like it's a revolving door (confirmed by a past employee)

I have gone to other dentists in the area and they fail without exception when compared to this place. Everyone here is nice and courteous and 100 professional in a non superficial way. They got the ball rolling and accomplished more in 2 visits than I had in a year and a half with another guy. It's such a relief to know that I am finally getting care that for the longest time, was convinced I didn't deserve. I can't say enough good things about everyone here. From the moment he entered the room, I had a bad vibe about him. He is the most unprofessional, disrespectful person I have ever came in contact with. I recently had a consultation to have my wisdom teeth removed. Upon asking valid questions, I was met with rude and dismissive responses as if I had no right to dare question his procedures. As a patient, I have every right to ask as many questions as I want and considering the fact that I am having a major surgery with potential side effects, he should've done everything he could to make his patient feel comfortable in doing so. After snapping on me for no reason at all, I proceeded to decline his services and immediately left his office in complete outrage. This dentist does not have the right to harass his patients and doesn't deserve to have a license. I am disgusted and appalled at the fact that he is still practicing. If he behaves this way to your face, who knows what he'll say or do to you while you're under general anesthesia. Do yourself a favor and find a better dentist/oral surgeon. One with a better personality who won't treat you like a second class citizen!

The office staff, the hygienist and dentist I had seen are all very friendly, patient and efficient. I really appreciate that they accommodate my needs when they can. I had to make an emergency appointment during the pandemic and no one would see me, but they fit me right in. The dentists also do not use fear tactics in hope that you will spend more money on procedures there. They do not suggest procedures unless absolutely needed. They are very straight forward and do not appear to have any underlying motives. I totally trust them. Best dental place around in my opinion!
