I'm extremely picky about what constitutes a job well-done--I'm that person at the car wash who's always annoyed I paid for someone to do a worse job than I can. Jeran does a *fantasic* job. Every last crumb was vacuumed, every surface treated and polished, and he spent extra time scrubbing the stains in the upholstery. He apologized that he wasn't able to get them out completely, but I had little hope they would budge at all. That car was DEESGUSTING. I don't mind riding in it now. Highly recommend AMD. Jeran responds promptly, is communicative during the detailing process, and is priced reasonably. And he came to me! I will absolutely use him again.

The car is a high mileage daily-work car and was in need of a refresh. Marco returned the interior to seriously to a just-like-new-look and a just-like-new-feel. All the nooks and crannies and carpets and mats and trim pieces all were cleaned. The windows have NEVER looked this clean, even when purchased from the dealer. And exterior... Wow! The hand-wash, detailed scrub, and ceramic coating make the car glisten like crazy! Marco's prices were competitive, and his interactions were very professional. He is very friendly. Marco answered my quote request very promptly, communicated extremely well, and showed up and did the job as scheduled (Note: Not all detailers can check all these boxes). So yeah, I highly recommend Diaz Detailing to anyone, and will likely be looking to him for future detail work as I need it.

Upon dropping my car off, one of the technicians gave me a ride home. It was a testimony to the company how well he spoke of the company as well as his passion for the work he does. It was hassle free coordinating logistics with Harold's Auto Body and the insured's insurance company. The car was clean and shiny when I picked it up. I was proud driving off in my 2014 Ford Escape. We were referred to Capitol Autobody by the insurance company after someone hit the passenger side…read moreof our truck. We scheduled to have the work done and dropped it off. When my husband got the call that it was done, he was told then that they only except cashier's checks, so he had to leave work early to go get that before picking up the truck. After we got it home and had a chance to look it over, my husband noticed that the front door was a little higher than the back door. He also couldn't open the back door with the exterior handle. He had to reach inside and use the inside handle to get it open. We also noticed that they did not replace the weather stripping that somehow got damaged. My husband called Capitol A.B., and they told him to bring it back and they would take care of it. Due to our schedules, we had to wait till Friday to take it back. Before we took it in, we noticed a window switch in the cup holder, but we assumed it was one they replaced and forgot to throw away. After further investigation we discovered that it had been removed from the back driver's side door. They had no reason to be working on the driver's side since all the damage was on the passenger side. So why this was removed in the first place, and not put back is a mystery. We also found a plastic piece sitting on the back seat. After more searching, we discovered it was the piece that goes on the door frame for the back door. They just left it off and left it in the seat. When we dropped it off, we showed them all 5 issues, and they said they would take care of it. Once Monday afternoon rolled around, my husband got a voicemail that the truck was done and that we owed $257.92 for the weather stripping. Needless to say; that did not make us happy that we had to pay more because they screwed up. It would not be such a big deal if it was just one thing wrong, but there were 5 things that needed to be corrected. Keep in mind that we did not have a truck or a rental vehicle when we had to take it back to Capitol A.B. for their lack of quality control. Someone from their shop should have checked to make sure everything was done correctly and put back together before sending it out the door with the customer. After this experience, I would not recommend Capitol Autobody to anyone and will be reaching out to the insurance company to let them know about our experience, so they reconsider recommending Capitol Autobody to their clients.

I got a call from the technician an hour before my appointment saying he was going to be late because his first appointment took so long. He then called me after my appointment time started stating that he would not be able to come do my vehicle because he hurt himself on vacation and his back was too sore to do my car and that he was going to have to go to the hospital instead. I wasn't real happy so I tried taking this up with the office lady. She lied about him hurting his back on the first job and said she would reach out to the owner. I explained what the technician had told me, which wasn't what he told her, and asked to get a reach out from the owner who completely blew me off. I tried to give the local guy a chance over a big business but it didn't work out very well. The owner could have made all of this better with one phone call but he chose not to. I do not recommend this business.
