Fred and his crew at Deluxe Pool are the best!…read more I originally called for an estimate to replaster my pool, but I knew I also needed plumbing work because I had a leak somewhere in the system. Fred was able to give me a plaster estimate over the phone, but he came out personally to evaluate the leak situation. As it turned out, I needed to replace my old copper plumbing lines and reroute them under the brick decking. It was a major job, especially because the concrete beneath the brick was much thicker and harder than expected, requiring significantly more demolition and labor than originally anticipated. What impressed me most was that even though the project took longer and required more work, Fred honored his original quote and never tried to increase the price. That's rare these days. Many contractors would have adjusted the cost once the unexpected challenges were uncovered, but Fred is a man of his word. Once the demolition was complete, everything else went smoothly. Fred was on-site throughout most of the project, supervising the crew, answering questions, and making sure the work was done right. I also upgraded from standard plaster to mini pebble, and the finished pool looks absolutely amazing. On top of that, Fred told me that if any issues come up down the road, all I have to do is call and he'll take care of them right away. Professional, honest, reliable, and stands behind his work. I highly recommend Fred and Deluxe Pool to anyone looking for pool remodeling, replastering, or plumbing repairs. Thanks, Fred!

I had a fantastic experience working with Deluxe Pool! My wife and I wanted to have a wall built in…read moreour front yard, and they did an amazing job. Throughout the process Fred was very direct and clear. He gave me a quote on the spot which was very nice and not something every contractor does. When it came time to do the work I was seriously impressed with the team. They worked super fast and efficient and everyone from the crew to the Foreman to Fred was very kind and professional. Fred also visited the site and supported his crew making sure everything ran smoothly. The final product came out amazing and we were thrilled with the end result. I would love to work with them in the future and have high confidence they'll keep doing a great job.

This company installed our pool about two years ago. After the job was completed, I contacted them…read moreto let them know the surface was still very rough. I sent videos and emails to explain the issue. Unfortunately, the owner responded rudely and even yelled at me. Now, two years later, we've had to acid wash the pool due to how rough and dirty it became. The tile work is also poorly done -- see the attached photos. I haven't even considered asking them to come back and fix anything because I'm genuinely concerned about being treated the same way again. I originally emailed them right away to share our concerns, and this is the kind of response I got. I've followed up again, but if the communication is anything like last time, I expect more of the same -- being yelled at and dismissed. Bottom line: I strongly recommend staying away from this company. UPDATE: I feel the need to clarify my experience, especially in light of the false claims made by the company's owner. To state that I "refused a startup" is completely inaccurate and misleading. At no point did I refuse anything essential to the process. Instead of working to resolve the issues professionally, the company repeatedly resorted to finger-pointing, raising their voice, and making accusations rather than reaching out to find a workable solution. I had to personally invest time and money into an acid wash to address problems like surface roughness and discoloration--issues that should have been handled properly by the company in the first place. Additionally, I take serious offense to being called a liar. The tile work was done through this company, despite their attempt to distance themselves from it after the fact. For them to publicly discredit me and misrepresent the facts is not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. Customer service is not just about completing a job--it's about standing behind your work and treating clients with respect. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Based on how I was treated and the lack of accountability shown, I cannot recommend this company. UPDATE again: Joseph emailed me and threatened to SUE me for defamation. How if I have photos of the work they did is this defamation? I am scared for my life now and have to possibly get a lawyer involved when all I am doing is speaking my experience with this company. They could have rectified the situation but instead continue to threaten me and yell.
