My intent was to visit, find the perfect gift to personalize, and then pass the word to others about the store in support of it. I find that is important to support non-commercial stores and am trying my best. I visited, found a wonderful gift, and had it personalized. HOWEVER, the staff (2 upon my visit and 2 upon picking up the gift the following week- may have been the same people each time), were unfriendly and unpleasant, even for the short time of our interaction. If a small business is to thrive and for word-of-mouth to assist in their journey, they need to remember who they are and what they are competing against (big business booming with baby items). I will never again visit this store which had so much potential. It's one thing to simply be doing business with customers, but it is another to have a frown and treat the customer like you are doing them a favor. Good luck, Clearly Yours. I hope you change your attitude, but sorely, I will never know.

Feeling uncomfortable I reached out to Rusty the next day-(Nov. 14th) and he answered the phone immediately and said he would get back to me regarding my order. I was again suspicious based on the reviews I read. Rusty called me this morning - Nov. 17 to let me know that two of my items were ready for pick up and the other two were not in stock. I stopped a few hours later to pick up the two items that were ready and Rusty was such a pleasure to work with. He showed me many more options to replace my two of out stock items and we finally settled on two similar items. He did the heat/logo transfers immediately and although I probably owed him a few more bucks for my "replacement selections" he said we were even. I would highly recommend this business for any customized items. Rusty is great, honest, patient and fair. (On a side note, the reviews I read were several yrs old)

We always…read moredreamed of having a more cutting edge and modern user interface, but due to factors beyond our control, we had been forced into using pre-existing content management systems from our parent organization (i.e.- ColdFusion, Terminal Four, AngularJS). When the complexity of our situation became apparent, we decided to reach out to Overit to see if they would be able to handle the project (since we had heard such great things about them). Within days of submitting our request, Overit's team had written up a well-defined proposal for us, and soon enough, we began collaborating together on rebuilding our site. I am thrilled to say that Overit was not only able to take on the project, but excelled in every aspect of its facilitation. Their web developers were able to work within the infrastructural constraints put forth by our parent organization, plus add new and improved interactive features that engage our users in new and innovative ways. They also helped to work with our IT department to make sure that the site's transition (from the beta to live version) went securely and efficiently. We have been so happy with the initial work of the company that we have recently started even bigger and more ambitious projects with them. With their expertise in web and graphic design, content creation, and promotional strategies, I know that we are in the best of hands with them. Highly recommended!
