While traveling I spotted Fit Body Boot Camp on ClassPass (major win for travelers), and honestly…read morethis franchise continues to impress me with its consistency. If you're someone who struggles with motivation or just wants an efficient, no-nonsense workout, this format works -- 30 minutes, structured, high energy, and very results-focused. The community here tends to lean more toward weight-loss goals versus bodybuilding vibes, and they really deliver on that supportive environment. Huge shoutout to owner Aaron -- communication was top tier (calls, texts, emails), and despite some confusing online address info that initially sent my ride to an old location, he was literally waiting at the door holding it open when I arrived. That level of welcome is rare in fitness spaces. He toured me around, introduced coaches, explained the workout, and made sure I felt completely comfortable walking in. The workout itself had three stations. Stations 1 and 2 were solid, well organized, and effective. Station 3 got a bit crowded -- four people at what was really a two-person sled setup -- so there was some downtime. Luckily I've been in fitness a long time and just filled the gaps with sprints, but newer folks might feel unsure there. Also my sled was too light while my partner's was too heavy, so that station just felt slightly off overall. No showers, but strong coaching presence, clear community focus, challenges, outdoor workouts, and a genuinely fun vibe. Definitely glad I went and always appreciate franchises that stay reliable across locations. Great option for travelers, beginners, or anyone wanting a quick, effective workout with community energy.

I spoke to Tanya, this teacher was bad already with my son causing him to backward in his therapy back when she was his teacher there not worried about when the point is, she told me first that I would have to re-fill out all of the paperwork saying all parents had to in July. July was the month I got the second job and I did re-do all paperwork...She didn't even check! Then tells me she called Lynn the director and she said "We are full, and can't take Devaughn due to ratios". But I spoke to Lynn and set up him returning to school on 10/19/20! The bus is set up there as well! Also, I call in September to make sure everything was set up for the return at the school and the daycare! She then says she called Tracey the owner, she was even ruder saying "He just can't come back, we are full!". Why is my son less important than the others? Why when I have everything set up, they take his spot and treat us like we just disappeared without a trace! COVID hit hard I needed them today to go to Two interviews and again they fail us. Rude teacher (only one Tonya she had never liked my mixed son, and we don't like her either). I have tried and tried to work with her but there seems to be a major issue at this daycare with caring about the clients. Please, don't use this daycare if you want the staff to care. Lynn is nice but not there until Tuesday and defends this teacher every time something happens instead of really looking into it. There is so much more this was just about today. I can't go to my interviews, I am a single mother with no help! they can put a third teacher in there and take Tonya off her butt and put her in a classroom, so others can join and go to work! But no, nothing but excuses and reasons why we aren't welcome because we had to leave because I have no job and way to pay for daycare and no reason to bring him if I am not working. Again, I called Lynn and set all his up prior so this is all lies to me from them. If you all don't like your job or the kids then you should not be in business! I need solutions not making my son sound like a space taken up at a daycare that doesn't' care about him or myself! They don't have to care about me just my kid, they don't even do that. Do not give them your business, you're just an annoying space they get paid to deal with! I will be contacting the BBB as well over conduct.

Rivak is so knowledgeable and great to work with that I HIGHLY recommend him. He can work with…read moreclients at every level, but let me give you my profile since that is what I can speak to directly. -I am a professional who works many, many hours, so efficiency is super important to me. Rivak comes to lead my workouts in my modest home gym, so I can get my workout in in less time than I was taking to commute to and from the gym, and pricing is very reasonable. -I am 53 and, while I have always been active, I've lost ground in the last few years between hitting 50 and working too much (including relocating to a rural part of New England (and back again to AZ, yay!)). Rivak is great at pushing me enough to get back to where I want to be, and hopefully past that. -I have a few injuries and arthritis issues to work around, plus challenges from sitting at my desk too much and letting my busy schedule impact my eating habits, and I totally trust that Rivak is knowledgeable enough to help me take control of those challenges while I helping me get stronger and NOT injure me further as less experienced "trainers" have done. -I am pretty highly motivated, so Rivak is a great fit for me on that front. His level of fitness, nutrition, and time management are impressive! -He has great life experience that makes him a pleasure to talk with (when I can catch my breath!) during workouts. I hope that helps you if you are making a personal trainer decision! Go for it--you have only one life, make it a fit one, a longer one!

They met with us and identified some areas my son could work on after a consultation and set up a training plan. What I like is the trainer to kid ratio, the classes aren't that big and there is usually several trainers helping out. The facility is just for training athletes, it's their specialty. They also have the athletes log their workouts for review purposes. Also loved the fact that they are very low pressure with the training packages that they offer. It's pricey but worth it --- it's too darn hot to train outside!!!! If you are looking for a place to enhance your kid's workouts give ignite a call!
