This east side was a total removal of of several "layers" of garden attempts and included some large bushes that were close to becoming trees. In a nutshell.......great price for the work, the work was better than I hoped for, and they were very helpful in followup suggestions and instructions on how to care for areas turned over to lawn. Great people in a family business. You will not go wrong hiring them.

Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. He took a trailer as partial payment for the tree work before they did any work at all. Didn't contact me to let me know they were coming out to get the trailer because I would have said no, do the work first. You have to remind them to cut your grass, and even then they still don't! No phone call or texts explaining why, and when you finally get ahold of them they have excuses as to why it's not getting done, such as: it rained and my ladder was wet, or,I only have one chainsaw and it won't start. Do yourself a favor by NOT HIRING THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I don't even think they're a real company, because a real company wouldn't treat their customers this way.
