After one plow visit using a pickup truck with a front blade, my concrete driveway showed clear surface damage consistent with plow contact and salt exposure, concentrated in tire paths near the garage. This damage was not present prior to service. Between the pricing inconsistency and the condition my driveway was left in, I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

They claim they did not have a record of cancellation, only not to cut the second week. The catch is that you are asked to enter a special calling/texting circle of communication. This is the only way you can communicate with them. They then dispatch a local crew that they don't even know. The local crew left our lawn in horrible condition. which is why they were fired after the fist week! Do not ever do business with this company unless you are a real risk taker!
