Thats what was in my bathroom when he finished. Doesn't look clear to me, now I am no plumber or septic pro, but come on. They offered a good faith refund of 100. I'm confused they said if it didn't work it would be a 250 refund not 100. Do not use! Do not recommend! Rip off!!! Zero stars.If you are not a plumber then you should not say I will clear the line for an additional 250 and if it doesn't work I won't charge you. The right thing to do would be to say you need a regular plumber if you couldn't do what I needed. Not charge me almost 1000 dollars to not fix the problem I wanted addressed. We talked on the phone also got bombarded by you and your wife via text. There is nothing more to talk about maybe you will be better and more clear and concise or just do the right thing and refund the 250.

The service tech was very good, though curiously expressed that he disliked septic systems. It was more funny than it was bad. We have a difficult property on steep land. He worked hard and worked efficiently. We paid $200 for the extra service of running an endoscopic camera with detector to find our D-box and it was very helpful. The backup in the septic was bad enough that we had solids in the line to the drain field: so finding the d-box and opening up allowed us to run a hose down the line and then remove the solids from the D-box and confirmed that the drain field was flowing. Great job. The service tech offered further work that we could definitely use, but we have too many home repairs to add anything that isn't 100% necessary. Otherwise, I would be inclined to hire Chuck's Septic to help us install new risers or other more complex work. For basic pumping and endoscopic tracing, strongly recommended. Tell them ahead of time you might need the camera since they don't always have the equipment charged and ready. Also, they schedule their time based on how long they think the task might take. We were very happy that our service tech was willing to spend an extra 20 minutes with us past what was scheduled. Thanks ChucksSeptic!

Well today I lost all respect for this company. Always thought they were the go to company in the…read morearea and now I have been burned by they 1 too many times. Last year we were buying a new house and I had our realtor use these people to pump and inspect the septic system. When they completed their work they sent the report over. No one caught that the front office over there sent the wrong report and it took me reviewing docs to realize they just about cost us an entire new system at our expense. The correct report said the system failed and we almost signed off on the repairs portion of the house contract. When we finally got the report they called for almost $18k worth of repairs. The seller and us got 2 other inspections and bids with G and C being $6k and $7k more expensive than the others. Glad we dogged a bullet on that one after we almost got screwed because of their error. Now I'm not sure why I gave them another chance but almost 2 weeks ago I called to schedule a septic pumping and wanted to see the condition after 1 year to make sure our family is doing the right things etc. Told they would call the day before. Never received the call so today I called in at 8am for our 10am appointment. Was told they called everyone and confirmed appointments for the next day. I said no, never called me. The office lady said yeah, I called you and who ever answered the phone said they never scheduled a septic pumping. At what point you think what is the issue here. They took me out of the calendar and when I called they said I turned down the service. Lady, you never called me. It's my personal cell phone and you never called and spoke to me. You clearly dialed the wrong number and of course that person didn't need their septic pumped but I it. She then called and said the next appointment wouldn't be till next week. Clearly the office staff at this company are flat out incompetent and need to be replaced. With the issue last year receiving the wrong report and today, they clearly shouldn't be employed. Will NEVER use these folks again and will definitely spread the word about their incompetence that almost cost me $18k last year and the pumping issue this year.
