I've contacted HPK several times regarding repairs that need to be done in my apartment, and they never fix anything. I've emailed, called, and even gone to their office in person, yet nothing gets addressed. Instead, they continue raising the rent while ignoring major issues.!!! The carpet has water damage from an old boiler that exploded, and they refuse to replace it. In the bathroom, instead of properly fixing the tile, they just covered it with silicone -- now mold is spreading everywhere in the shower. I have children, and we are being exposed to this mold daily. I've sent them pictures multiple times and still have not received a single call back. What makes it worse is that instead of addressing these serious health and safety issues, they seem more worried about my security camera that I placed outside for my safety. Due to a neighbor that continues to harass me over parking because HPK cannot manage the parking situation!! They completely ignore my other complaints. This management company has shown zero concern for tenant health, safety, or well-being.! Chris should be fired IMMEDIATELY she's extremely unprofessional spreading everyone's business at this apartment complex! It's embarrassing that this company is called "PROPERTY MANAGEMENT" I've now reached out to the owner myself!
