I called them, and then I went in to have the car inspected; they said they would order a windshield specifically for my model and call me back. They said it would take about a week. Well, two weeks passed after it was supposed to arrive--no call. Then three weeks passed. Basically, a whole month went by, and I ended up getting the windshield replaced by another company. They never called to say, "Okay, we don't have it" or "We can't get it"--they just left me hanging indefinitely. Their customer service is zero. If they don't have the part or can't order it, just say so straight out. Why waste people's time? Morons.

I always like supporting small, locally owned businesses, and I was happy to give them my business again after so many years. That said, the experience was a little different for us this time around. I'm very big on customer service, and perhaps my expectations were set a little higher because I had such a positive experience here in the past. The quality of the work was decent, and the value is competitive to other car tint shops. Overall the customer service experience didn't quite meet the level I remembered. I will say that if customer service is important to you, I would recommend working directly with Art. He was much more attentive, communicative, and customer-service focused, which made the experience positive. I am glad to see them still running the place after all these years. Just be aware that the experience can depend on who you work with, and for me, Art was the person I felt more comfortable working with.
