Pepper entered into a marketing agreement with Best of Los Angeles. Per our contract, full payment…read morefor our video marketing services was due upon our team's arrival on the day of the shoot. On May 12, 2026, our production team traveled to his location. Although Pepper failed to provide the agreed-upon payment at the start of the day, our team worked a full day in good faith--interviewing Pepper and shooting b-roll to promote his business on our show. Pepper promised he would pay later that afternoon, but instead left the shoot without honoring his agreement. It has now been over a month, and Pepper still owes a remaining balance of $3,750. We have afforded Pepper every opportunity to resolve this, even offering a flexible installment plan to clear his balance. Unfortunately, his communication has been highly evasive; while he hasn't dodged every single attempt, he has ignored the vast majority of our phone calls, text messages, and emails. Our original goal was to support Malibu Junk and help Pepper attract new clients. Instead, we have been met with unprofessionalism and a direct breach of contract. We urge other businesses and contractors to exercise extreme caution, as doing business with Pepper may lead to a financial loss. We will gladly update this review if and when Pepper fulfills his financial obligation to our team.

Do NOT call this company for help! They are extremely rude, the guy is racist and unhelpful and…read morerefuses to help at all. This company towed my car without my knowledge and when I called to have them held responsible they laughed and called me stupid. Do not call this company unless you want rude customer service. Update: the owner commented saying he has not received any calls today and doesn't tow any cars without permission. If he didn't recieve any calls how does he have my phone number? He called me 7 minutes after I called the number associated with NoHo towing and then processed to erase his original comment stating he didn't recieve any call and now saying he "heard the dispatch" when he originally stated no calls were ever recieved. Also, I too have a recording of the conversation because the first time I called, your "dispatcher" which I'm assuming is you, was laughing at me and was calling me stupid because I "didn't understand the difference between tow and road side assistance" which I kept saying, someone called on my behalf and yet your "dispatcher" kept laughing at me, being unprofessional and rude. Which I will provide the recording on tik tok since you want to comment saying you never recieved any calls and once I provide proof, you go ahead and delete your comment and say I was the rude one. You say you never recieved any calls, yet you called me 7 minutes later after calling 5x the place because the "dispatcher" was rude and unprofessional. Then you delete your comment and say I was the rude one and that you "just heard" the dispatch .. make it make sense. How did you call me last night if you hadn't received any calls like you claim to say you didn't ? How did you call me last night after just admitting you just listened to the dispatch just now? Weird
