On top of that, Kevin noticed my thermostat wasn't functioning properly and replaced it on the spot, explaining exactly why it was causing problems. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows this stuff inside and out, but what I really appreciated was how he explained everything in a way that actually made sense. This was going to cost $11,000. We set up service for the next day because it's in the 90s and we work from home. An hour later a friend gave me Igor's number so I could get a second opinion and I called to see if he could come that same day and he did. He looked at everything and said the pipe is clogged and he could blow it out to fix it, which he did and that fixed the problem. He also looked at her heater, and there was no water damage. Igor saved us $11,000!!!! He's a nice guy and he responds quickly and most importantly, he's honest. I have already referred a couple neighbors and friends. In the morning two workers came to remove old equipment and prepare new equipment. Everything was brand new in original packaging. 2 hours into the job, two more workers came and Igor. By 4 PM everything was installed including a replaced line to outside AC condenser. Everything was soldered together, refrigerant, power box replaced, ducts connected, with filter box and new Nest thermostat installed. 20 min later all drop cloths were gone and area was vacuumed and clean. Just is if nothing happened. Were not for new thermostat, there was nothing different visible in the house .
