This was my first big renovation and Ted and his team were so patient while I over-analyzed grout colors and life in general. I am so happy we went with Ted -- we have our contractor for life now. The…read moreissues came when he couldn't color match the siding so he told me we would have to paint white siding to match, I wasn't concerned until I looked at the completed work and noticed the job he did was substandard to say the least. When trying to contact him regard his work, and his payment I was unable to reach him at all. I tried text and calling over a dozen times. I was sent a Past due letter for the remaining balance and when I tried to contact him again I was sent to voice mail and never received a return call. This continued for over a month until I was contacted by a collection agency to collect the bill. This is no way to conduct business, and he is not set up to take a credit card payment because he wanted cash above everything else. I would not due business with him again.
