Ok, so I generally don't like leaving reviews, but I am quite disappointed with this company. I…read morescheduled an appointment for one of the electricians to come out at earlier this week as we are having power issues supplying our laundry vent. We got a call about an hour prior to the appointment time saying the electrician was on their way. Great. However, he never showed up. I called the company to see what's going, and I was told they would call the electrician, then call me back. Over 30 min later, no call, and it's 5 minutes prior to close. I called again and finally the electrician called me back and gave me a 100 excuses and rescheduled the appointment to today. Well, here we are, over an hour past the appointment time, and he didn't show up, no calls, no messages, nothing. I would be wary doing business with a company that has this kind of an issue TWICE in a row.

I called Tony, and he assured me that he would personally resolve the issue; well, it's been over a year, and he has yet to return any of my numerous calls. I'm beginning to worry, and I have considered filing a missing person report ;-). Tony does great work, as evidenced by the positive reviews; however, he seems to be overwhelmed with projects, and he has hired people that seemingly aren't concerned with doing quality work. Tony seems like a nice guy, and I always try to support small businesses, but, my experience with him has been frustrating, and a waste of time and money :(.

I got a quote, confirmed the quote was for two shower doors and then scheduled an appointment with them. On the day of the appointment, they were suppose to meet in the morning. I didn't hear from them and then started following up via text to see when the ETA was. The ETA kept getting pushed back further and further until late afternoon (4/5pm). I literally waited at home all day to get these shower doors installed. I didn't leave the house as I didn't want to miss them. Upon their arrival I come to find that they quoted for only one door. I had mentioned (very nicely) that I had sent direct links to two shower doors and even had it labeled as Shower Door 1 .... Shower Door 2 and confirmed numerous times install was for 2 doors for 2 showers. In the end they ended up not doing the job because they wanted to double the cost on me. This was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and an absolute waste of time for me and them to come out to my job site.

At the end of the job I ended up wanting to give his crew a tip for their work. I was pretty impressed with the job they did so I gave them 200 each and thanked them. Chuck arranged to have the roof repair done and I paid him the balance with an extra 300.00. That turned out to be a mistake as they never came back to repair the roof.
