My wife is a huge fan of Tabitha's Salon Takeover, and after moving out to Rutherford County we happened to pass by and she ecstatically pointed out the shop and then looked them up here on Yelp to see if they were still in business. After reading reviews, she convinced me to give NexGen a try when I needed a haircut again. Stopped by today and was, to my surprise, greeted immediately and welcomed to a chair, no sign-in or anything. I love the atmosphere here (a nice mix of 80's and geek). For the price, I paid the cut was better than any chain I've been to but at a higher cost. I look forward to coming back.

WTF...are you serious...you gotta be kidding...I just drove all the way from Nashville! At first, I was upset, but after I was told the reason why...I understood. Their A/C had gone out and for whatever reason they couldn't reach out to their clients using the Booksy app...whatever...I just wanted to see how this business would react and how they planned to make things right. Serge, the owner said he had a few clients ahead of me. Instead of turning me away, he said as soon as he was done with his clients, he would cut my hair. Problem solved, I'm glad that Serge took care of the problem and he also did an amazing job with my hair. He took his time and he explained to me what he was going to do, so there were no surprises.
