Great guy to talk with and he is genuinely interesting! About 20-225 minutes later he said he was done. Shockingly, it was the best haircut I have ever had! Their A/C had gone out and for whatever reason they couldn't reach out to their clients using the Booksy app...whatever...I just wanted to see how this business would react and how they planned to make things right. Serge, the owner said he had a few clients ahead of me. Instead of turning me away, he said as soon as he was done with his clients, he would cut my hair. Problem solved, I'm glad that Serge took care of the problem and he also did an amazing job with my hair. He took his time and he explained to me what he was going to do, so there were no surprises.

We found Pickens Barbershop and called to see if we could get him in today, if at all possible. We found out he is appointment only, but he squeezed some time out for us. He even called us in earlier when he had a no-show. When we showed up, we only had a little bit of a wait and then he took care of business with us. He deftly cut our grandson's hair whilst he kept looking around trying to see what was happening. Absolute professional! Top notch!
