When you arrive the Customer service reps behind the counter were very helpful, especially Aniya. She gave me paperwork to complete and when I missed a few boxes (it's alot of stuff) she helped me update it right away. Once they call you to the back, they walked me through the procedures and placed me in a room to await the doc. It took about 10-15 mins for Dr. Love (that's seriously his name) to arrive and he really didn't chit-chat, he's all business. He asked me to perform a few movements and went over the info I placed on the forms. The exam went by pretty fast. I was then placed back into the waiting area and told they would call me when everything was complete. I waited about another 5 mins before, rockstar, Aniya, called me up to get my paperwork. Rating: 1) Staff: Customer service reps and nurses in the back were warm and helpful. 2) Time Management: I arrived at 11:38am and was done by 1:00pm. 3) Dr. Love: I felt he was kind of cold, he didn't communicate much but I guess the guy possibly sees 30+ people a day, so I will give him a pass. 4) Overal experience: I hope this review is helpful for anyone who may need a drug test or medical card. This place is a good pick if you don't like to wast time and you want warm, helpful people.

I kept calling as soon as they opened, but no one would answer the phone. It took about 15 minutes before someone finally would. It turns out that they do not make appointments - they only take walkins. That would have been nice to know so I could have been waiting at their door when they opened! Maybe next time, leave a note on the messaging service, please! The staff themselves were nice and despite the almost 2 hour wait, I felt like they weren't in a huge rush and took the time with each person and made sure to answer any questions and diagnose what was going on and genuinely seemed to care about their clientele. I'd come back again.

It's never a wait to be seen and most times it's never busy. My only downside is I ended up getting sick and had to come here which all they did was give me a steroid shot and sent me on my way. I was still suffering throughout the whole weekend which I had to call them on Monday for them to send me some type of prescription to the pharmacy. I would've thought they'll prescribe me with something that same day so I can start getting better.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. She had zero care or concern for dealing with someone who's obviously sick or she wouldn't be there. No compassion. No help. Just curt and ugly. Embarrassed I referred her after I spoke so highly of MC only for her to be treated like she was just some young dumbass that didn't matter. Well my office experience with Dr Black was ok. However, the billing was a complete disaster…read more Long story really short, Dr Blacks office billed me for procedures that were offered, yet not told they were going to be billed in addition to my copay. After several letters a resolution was not completed. This was a hearing test that was not needed yet it was put to me as , "Hey why don't we check your hearing while we are hear". $84 dollars later I see why it was volunteered. I refused to pay the additional amount. They sent me to collections. The case is on file with the BBB. (Case 85078823) The office responded once but never submitted a final response....They had no leg to stand on...Guilty as charged. I would find a different ENT for sure..
