They truly care about you and your feelings and are willing to accommodate your time and even money limits and constraints. I worked directly with Henry in September 2021. They make the process easy and hassle free. Henry was not even in rush to get the money, he delivered the marker to the memorial park and sent me a picture and then when I followed up about the rest of the payment he gave me the option of sending him a check by mail. When we told the memorial park that Golden Hill Monument is our vendor, they also mentioned that Golden His is a reliable vendor and they work with them often. Some time around Christmas I sent a picture of the marker to Henry to ask him how I could fix a minor scratch on the picture (I was just looking for some advice like a special marker or something) and what he did was he arranged to have the photo replaced to a brand new one without even me following up on that. After a really bad experience with another tombstone company, I found Henry at Golden Hill Monument. Henry was great to work with! He has GREAT communications skills and very easy to work with. He showed us some options for headstones and we were able to select which one we wanted. We also showed him the Chinese lettering we wanted for my grandma's tombstone. The finished product was awesome. His team of workers did the job as requested and the quality was great. The Chinese lettering came out sharp looking and legit. His prices were reasonable and very efficient and quick turn around as well. Picking a headstone is an arduous responsibility, given the difficult situation. Thankfully, Henry and Joe were very kind and understanding of what we were going through, and considerately walked us through the entire process. Out of many stone material choices and unique cultural and religious designs, with their expertise we were able to finally decide on a very befitting gravestone. They're also expert calligraphists, and the Chinese and English inscriptions they inscribed for us were very beautiful. I have been very happy with Golden Hill every step from beginning to end. I first chose this place because they were the only one, or one of few opened Sundays. I normally like to get several estimates for something expensive but since Henry Deng provided great service, price options, and was patient and professional, I trusted him. Making a stone for my mother was an emotional process and I didn't want to go from place to place comparing prices. I told him that I was hoping to have it completed and set in before Chinese New Year so he expedited the process even though it was the holidays. He was very responsive with emails and text. When they delivered to the cemetary, we didn't know the placement contract and fee wasn't taken care of with the Cemetary but Henry worked it out with them on our behalf so that he wouldn't have to redeliver, charge extra or cause delays. When a beloved family member passed, we had to get through a long list of tasks related to funeral planning and burial services. Although it was our first time having to create a headstone, Henry made the process easy for us. He was very thorough and was able to help us design a beautiful headstone for our relative. Our family decided to go through Golden Hill Monument Corporation for picking a headstone to commemorate our loved ones that passed away. We did all of our business through Henry where he was very helpful in helping us meet our needs for the design and gave us a very good price deal compared to other companies in the area. He was very attentive to detail and made sure that all of our wants and needs were met when he presented us with the various design options (color, font, pictures, quotes etc). Golden Hill had a selection of products in stock and manufactured them on their own without having the hassle of dealing with the middle men. They also provided us with the proper paper work directly in regards to the plots at the cemetery so we processed everything through them with no need to go to the cemetery.
