And honestly this place always has a line sometimes even bigger than Dairy Queen. So if you live on the South side of Tucson you will know a couple traditional spots; liquor express is one of them. They have more than liquor; pretty much everything a Circle K would have. From fountain drinks to mexican candy Liquor Express is a one stop shop. (So check the dates) It is an odd place. It never has enough business to sustain what I assume the rent would be for this plaza spot.....but they are still here. Hey, stranger things! I have never had an issue with any staff there. There is a lovely older gentleman, and the owners who I believe are of Asian decent. I have asked for specific orders , and they always have always been super nice. In the summer they have a swamp cooler (portable). Hot as sin in there. lol. I asked the woman/owner if I could get this and she rung me up only to tell me the price is $19.99. I told her I had just called and asked the price as well as seeing the price tag on the shelf and she said, "I know the wrong price is marked". So they appear to just be scamming people by telling them items are "marked wrong" and then adding $6 dollars to the item. Never going back. I like to support local business but not at the expense of getting conned.
