Bought a set of headphones in May and the power button jammed on them in October. I had lost my receipt but with a bank statement the staff were so helpful (Especially Brendan)! I was going away for a month a week later and when I went back in to ask about my headphones I was told they hadn't been collected yet so they gave me a brand new pair!! They were so helpful and I am so appreciative of all their efforts!
